Just pleasant stay

The employees were very kind and helpful. They provide a great customer care.. My partner and I stayed just one night but we enjoyed that stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with typical tuscany dry salami a cheese, sweets and good coffe..

Small, clean, nice people with care, close to the beach.

Very nice and helpful staff. All very clean. I Can see renovation and care for every place (entrance, breakfast, restaurant).

The room too small for me. I am not use with so small place. Bathroom ventilators from neighbour, too loud. I can hear everything, lucky me, stoped around 23:00 and I could sleep.

The staff was really kind, also for night-time requests. The staff at the restaurant was equally supportive. The breakfast has a variety of food, including gluten-free bread (marvellous!) The view from the hotel and the breakfast room was great

Great place to move around. I went there for kitesurfing and it is quite close to the spots. the breakfast buffet is amazing, especially given it is Italy and the staff there really give you a holiday vibe. The restaurant is great as well. Rooms are recent.

The only thing is the noise isolation of the room which really bad and need to be worked on

Clean room, comfortable bed, helpful personnel, nice quiet location in the pine forrest and near the beach. Breakfast. View from the roof, smell of the pines. Everything you need for your relax holiday.

Absolutely lovely, amazing hotel! You will never regret :)

The hotel is located in a pine forest-area, so, obviously the air is amazing. The beach is in just 3-minute walk! You can reach the “city center” of Marina Di Grosseto in 10 minutes at a slow pace. The hotel is incredibly clean. I personally saw how in these difficult times after the pandemic, they clean all surfaces, all staff wear masks, there are disinfectants on every floor/common area. As a precaution, there is a waiter at the breakfast buffet who helps to serve dishes on plates for customers to avoid infections. The breakfasts, by the way, are excellent! Special thanks for the coconut cake;) Gluten free options available. The room is not too big, and despite the fact that it was a single bed it was about 140-150 cm which is quite big, and very comfortable. They were cleaning every day, and very carefully, towels were always fresh, shampoo / shower gels were always in the room. Also, the hotel has a bike rental. And great laundry facilities. The owner of the hotel, sweet Signiora, knows visitors personally, she is a very friendly and kind woman, always ready to help, like all her staff! Everybody speak english, some speak french, and if they not - they will help you using italian language of hands :) I will definitely return to this particular hotel :) Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Not bad, but not the top !

I liked very much the proximity of the sea and the cleanliness of the beach, the pine forest surrounding the hotel, the parking for my motorcycle within the hotel grounds.

The bathroom is too small and poorly arranged. Leaving the shower is dangerous because of the toilet bowl straight ahead, which must be crossed over to get out of the shower.

Ich hoffe ich komme wieder mal !

Ein wunderbares Hotel direkt neben dem Pinienwald, zentral aber ruhig gelegen. Wir wurden überaus freundlich von - ich denke - der Hotelbesitzerin, einer freundlichen älteren Dame empfangen. Wir hatten Glück und bekamen zu zweit ein Familienzimmer - also 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder :). Alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war wunderbar, alles vorhanden, sogar eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Kuchen - es sah alles selbstgemacht aus. Hier waren die Angestellten auch sehr freundlich. Zu Abend haben wir hier nicht gegessen, aber es schmeckt bestimmt auch wunderbar. Parken konnten wir gegenüber vom Hotel unter Pinienbäumen. Der Strand ist ganz nahe, und Restaurants und eine Flaniermeile auch. Ich würde sofort wieder hier buchen, wenn ich wieder mal in die Gegend komme. Man merkt gleich, dass das Hotel sehr liebevoll familiengeführt wird. Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
