Excelentes direção e equipe, café da manhã e restaurante; ótimas trilhas com acesso a cachoeiras, piscinas naturais e poços dentro da área da propriedade, ricas flora e fauna.

Sugestão: oferecer travesseiros mais firmes/maiores, como opção aos muito finos/macios.

Excelente localização, pousada bonita, quarto grande com cama king e café da manhã bem servido.

Achei o café da manhã tarde, poderia iniciar às 7:00.

I was disappointed by two aspects of my stay. The first is that there is no WiFi in the rooms, and the WiFi at the main building is not very reliable (I was only told about this after booking). Secondly, at checkout, a 10% "service charge" was added to my invoice. I have never had a hotel add such a gratuity without asking me. It was marked as 'optional', but of course I felt pressure to accept it. This annoyed me, because I did not feel I should pay 10% extra for a hotel I was not very happy about. I would not stay here again. .
