We were very surprised with quality of breakfast. Sorry, but it can't call as breakfast! It was very poor and not testy at all! The eags was only boiled and dirty, the bread was not fresh. The juse was water down!!!

Old simple hotel, nice view but far from the lake. Rooms are oldfashioned but clean.

Breakfast was awful, no healthy food available only bread, sweets and animal products. Coffee was not tasty which is a shame for an Italian restaurant!!

A QUITE STAY SURROUNDED BY NATURE

The hotel is located in Premeno, a small town surrounded by green mountains and nature. We particularly enjoyed the quietness of the area and the beautiful views You can enjoy from the hotel room. Our room has a proper size for two people, it was quite clean. I personally did not like the furniture, which seemed stuck in a past era, but if You are looking for an antique looking place, this should be your choice. The Italian style breakfast was good, but did not offer a wide range of choice. I recommend it for a peaceful one-night stay.

The bathroom is really small, making it difficult to use the WC and the bidet. The area is quiet, but there is not a good isolation, so it's easy to hear sounds from close rooms and people passing in the hall way

Disappointing

The location itself is nice, you don't have noise from the outside during the night. There is also a park 5 minutes away. The hotel has a nice garden, it looks really nice. The employees are also very nice and respectfull.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. For someone who is vegeterian or vegan, there is pretty much nothing to chose from. I was missing some fresh fruit or vegetables. The breakfast itself was more oriented towards sugar. So for someone who enjoys that, it is perfect! The meat and cheese did not seem as the best quality. Dinner is OK. But nothing special. If you have troubles with sleepping, I would suggest to go somewhere else. We could literally hear every step/talking/flushing the toilet/taking a shower from other room (neighbour and upper room)

Great for a motorbike trip

The kindness, flexibility and availability of the staff to help with anything, the spacious and secure place to put the motorcycles, the cleanness of the hotel/rooms, the view, the location and the taken Covid-19 precautions. We only had dinner once at the restaurant of the hotel and it was great.

Kleine Toilette im Zimmer, Alte Ausstattung, Vorgegebenes kleines Menu für das Abendessen. Sehr Langsamer und kleiner Aufzug. Service Personal unbrauchbar. (Hat nach dem ersten Gang die benutzte Gabel aus dem Teller genommen und auf den Tisch gelegt zur Weiterbenutzung).

Colazione abbondante, staff gentile e qualità prezzo molto buona.

Ho soggiornato nel periodo di fine Settembre nella stanza economy, ovvero quando inizia a fare "un pò più freddo". Ho anche avuto sfortuna con il tempo poiché ha piovuto molto, in ogni caso i termosifoni della camera risultavano spenti. Non c'erano come pecca della camera delle tende che coprissero dalla luce esterna, più che altro perché la casa su cui dà la camera ha dei faretti molto forti che si accendono durante la notte (si può dedurre che non abbia dormito molto). Per il resto tutto ok, resta comunque una scelta di fiducia nel caso dovessi soggiornare di nuovo a Verbania.
