Great location, comfortable new apartments

Half board does not include drinks during dinner, not even water. There was no room service during our stay, although clean towels and bed linen were brought to us quickly upon request. The beach is not very good for kids; it is better to visit the local sandy beaches. What I disliked the most was that all additional entertainment - the water park, trampoline for children, volleyball, etc. - was only available at an additional cost. Although all of this is advertised on social media without any mention of fees.

Tricky and misleading

It was comfortable

It’s tricky, we thought it was a hotel but it’s an apartment complex, you have to walk a lot up and downstairs, there is no pool and no beach, it’s a harbour

I did not like that just a few of the apartments were available and others were in renovation process- it looked a bit abandoned.

The staff is very kind, the sea view is gorgeous and the park is next to the city center.

It's difficult to find the entrance to the park. The room smelled like mold.

Big possibility, but now is disappointment

It’s in a beutifull place, with oak trees. Beach is huge. Kukuljica is a nice village. The apartman had a good size.

But the waterworld didn’t work. The Sand for children was hard. The sportplace was out of order. Many mess between the trees. Recunsttucrion of the apartman’s is in progress. Flying dust and noisy. In our apartman need a painting. The hot plate temperature controller didn’t work well. Receptio need renewing. No restaurant in park. The old bungalow is really disapointing, with many mess. No place for carparking near the apartmant

Nice, rather quiet location, near the sea and a small beautiful seaside town.

Nice location, within a pine tree forest surrounded by the sea. Although we reached the destination earlier, the receptionist tried and succeeded to finalize the check in and helped us receive the room fast. The sea and the small town are beautiful. The waterpark for children was ok. Nice volleyball and minigolfer court.

There are some facilities as regarding water sports, but they could have been more ( ex. there were only 2 paddle boats, and no standing up paddle to rent). Also, the tennis and basketball courts were not "in shape".

A lot of playgrounds for kids. Prices at the bars and restaurants are reasonable.

The best beach is at the entry, extending about 150m to the beach bar. The other part of the beach is ok, but not suited for toddlers (1 to 3 years), which means the first part is usually quite crowded.

Exceptional

Everything was excellent. Breakfast was served well, we have everything. When we were already gone, notice that our daughter's iPhone was left on the bed. We call there and they find it and send to our address. I offered money for shipping, but they refused. That is Croatia and Croatians. Thank you, we will be your guests again.

Kiváló ár érték arány fantasztikus helyen.

Fantasztikus helyen van. A képek nem adják vissza, hogy milyen fantasztikus helyen van. Igaz van olyan apartman is ennél a szállásadónál, ami kissé bentebb van a parttól, de a környezet felülmúl minden sokcsillagos belvárosi szállodát, hiába látod a tengert a 6. emeletről... Itt hallod a hullámokat és hajókat. Nem ugyanaz.

A parkolás - de az nagyon kevés helyen megoldható biztonságosan. A zuhanyfülke ajtaja nem zárt rendesen, így úszott a fürdőszoba mindig - ez egy apróság, de meg kellene oldani. Látszott, hogy már jó ideje így van.

Siisti ja rauhallinen majoitus luonnonläheisellä sijainnilla.

Kiva ja moderni huoneisto, lähellä mainio uintipaikka ja hyvät lenkkimaastot. Myös mukavan lyhyt matka kylän keskustan ravintoloihin ja bussipysäkille.

Lähistöllä on useita purkukuntoisia vanhoja mökkejä, eivät varsinaisesti sopineet maisemaan, mutta eivät toisaalta haitanneetkaan.

Položaj izvrstan. Spavaća soba prostrana i uredna, kupaonica također.

Malo teži pristup parking mjestu. Štednjak je loš, frižider je premalen, a tijekom svih sedam dana imali smo problema s mravima u kuhinji.

Kljub začasni rešitvi za strežbo hrane v tej sezoni je bilo dobro urejeno za postrežbo hrane. Morda bi si želel le nekoliko več izbire ob zajtrkih.

Predel ki ni v uporabi in je dotrajan bi lahko bil morda malo ločen od ostalega dela naselja in absolutno mislim, da bi pot morala biti osvetljena tudi v tem predelu.

Genialna okolica, bardzo przyjemne dzikie plaże, piękne widoki. Kameralnie nawet w sierpniu w porównaniu do innych obszarów Chorwacji. Fajne restauracje w okolicy.

Nowocześnie urządzony. Schludny, przyjemny, estetyczny. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.

Zadovoljni gosti.

Restoran Skakaona je odličan i osoblje veoma uslužno i ljubazno. Mirno i ugodno okruženje, plaža i čisto more. Osoblje na recepciji također veoma ljubazno. Dolazimo već niz godina i ponovo ćemo doći.

Malo treba poraditi na čistoći. Do apartmana nema javne rasvjete kada se vraćate po mraku. Radove na nedovršenim objektima što prije završiti.

Lijepa plaža sa prirodnim hladom, ugodan objekt na plaži.

Objekt nije prilagođen obitelji s djecom, apartmani se nalaze na brijegu, nije ugodno gurati kolica, a kraći put je stepenicama. Parking je teško pronaći, ako ga i ima, na nepristupačnim je lokacijama. Samo manji dio resorta je uređen, a ostatak su mobilne kućice u raspadnom stanju. Čistoća nije na najvišem nivou.

Necitlivá výstavba bazénov (načo?) pár metrov od mora - vyrúbali sa borovice.

Pekne zrekonštruované apartmány s vlastným vchodom. Konkrétny my sme mali ubytovanie v prvom rade od mora, takže dve minútky do vody. V polovici júla žiadna tlačenica na pláži.

Areál je v rekonštrukcii, hodili by sa sprchy pri plážach. Príliš veľa psov hocikde - mohli by mať vyhradené miesto. A to nie som nepriateľ domácich miláčikov - sám jedného doma mám.

Staršie izby sú v dezolatnom stave ( ,, cvičný cieľ NATO je v lepšom stave ‘’ ). Po príchode bola izba špinavá a zatuchnutá. Rezervácia sa v žiadnom prípade nezhoduje s prezentovanou ponukou.
