Lovely apartment. Big tv. Comfortable sofa. Bluetooth speakers. Dishwasher. Clean and comfortable beds / bedrooms. Reserauntd within 10 mins walk as well as a supermarket. Great value for money.

Our holiday in Palm Mar was fantastic. The villa was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We had one issue with the pool but they owner was extremely quick to rectify. Being close to the beach and the small town was perfect for our month-long stay. Whilst away, we had several visitors from home, with a large party size at its maximum: the youngest being 3 years old and the oldest being 74. At no point did we feel on top of each other, and we were ALL able to find something to do to occupy our time (when we weren’t sunbathing in the glorious sunshine). We had a choice of fantastic little bars and restaurants within a very short walking distance, and we were also close enough to the larger town of Los Cristianos if we wanted more life. Would we return? Most definitely!

On arrival the villa was just as expected, spacious, open plan and a lovely pool, it soon started to go downhill with a few issues that arose. As we turned the taps on yellow water came out and the bathrooms smelled damp, a couple of the outdoor sunbeds were broken along with the parasols, luckily we didn’t need to use them and the palm trees needed cutting back as it constantly fell into the pool which needed cleaning every time you used the pool. The middle of the week, two toilets became blocked and the owner came to plunge them but said they were old and would call a plumber, who arrived the next day, the plumber left a mess and I had to contact the owner again for someone to clean it up. The villa could be so lovely but it has been left to be rundown.
