It’s location is good for restaurants

Said it had parking but the reception said my car was too big to go down slope to car park abmw x5 then offered me an alternative for 10 euros

The staff were great, the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is looking tired but is very clean and functional.

Avoid this hotel if you are travelling by car !

Impossible to park the car eventhough the hotel advertises for a car park. Impossible to park in the streets nearby. I finally parked at Place Garbaldi and my car was towed away during the night. The hotel did not inform me at all about this risk eventhough they knew I was looking for a place to park and knew there was a tow away risk. I let you think what I lived the next day when I first thought that my car had been stolen, and then the money and time I waisted at the police station trying to get it back. I think a hotel needs to inform its guests if they really can park their car or not in their premises and not advertise wrong information just in order to get more clients, and finally they must inform their guests if there are some ''risks'' around. This adventure costed more than twice the price of the room and delayed my whole journey. If you are travelling by car my advice is that you should definitely avoid this hotel.

Great location, very central. We did appreciate very much the personal at the reception , very helpful and ready to help you

Breakfast was good but nothing exceptional We had to return to the hotel after leaving because they forgot to give us our passport back ....be careful this is happening very often in Italy because they keep your ID for 24 h

Nice hotel in a very central location. Within walking distance of everything Friendly staff and secure parking (if a bit tight to get in and out off). Would recommend.

Being given a map on arrival would be helpful- they do have them, if you ask though.

Exceptional stay!

Really big and clean room. The bathroom was luxurious. Breakfast had a lot of choices, especially sweet ones (which I prefer). The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from central street with shops and restaurants. Easy to find parking nearby. Staff very friendly. 10/10 experience!!!
