Had to collect bathrobes from the spa as they weren’t in the room. Called reception and said they weren’t included. Checked website and they should have been included as stated on website

Enjoyed
The only thing for me was everything was fine apart from when I ordered breakfast they left it on a table told me to come in 10 minutes. I came in about seven minutes and it was left on the table to go cold.

Amazing staff and lovely food !
The staff were amazing and went above and beyond particularly the spa and restaurant staff !
The bed was a bit hard and the quilt was thin. The grout in the shower was a bit grubby and could have done with a good scrub but other than that the room was nice.

Not for me
Good parking
Was rather stark decor Booked specifically for Sunday lunch but that was over! Bulbs out in restaurant and we were tucked away . Light switches didn’t work in bedroom No useable WiFi in room 4 and virtually no mobile service, WiFi was good in other areas. I suspect this is owned by non hoteliers, it’s all a bit amateurish!!

It was really lovely but a little exspensive
The property looks stunning, location is lovely, the deluxe room was beautiful and the spa was also very nice.
You didn’t get a lot for your money, the bathroom heating wasn’t working so it was really cold in there, and the tele wouldn’t work in our 1st night we had sound but no picture, we called down to reception to be told there was no maintaining staff on site and the only thing they could do was move us rooms to the other side of the building (not what i paid for) we dint get a glass of champagne on arrival at the spa like it stated online, and the although the food was nice you dint get a lot.

BEAUTIFUL COMFORTABLE
The room was beautiful warm with kettle and coffee machine. The bed was soooo comfortable. Very clean 100% will be back to stay again
