Lovely room, really friendly and helpful staff, great cleaner of the rooms, she works so hard. Loved the location, the village of Panormos and everything really.
The owner greeted us; before the visit I had sent him an e-mail and he had responded very quickly.
I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. It really made our Cretan holiday special.
The only thing that you may want to criticise is the breakfast. The staff work very hard, but the lack of fresh fruit with the yogurt was disappointing(we had tinned fruit) , the toaster worked badly, and the quality of a few products eg muesli wasn't great. Not saying that we didn't enjoy breakfast, but it didn't quite match the high standards of everything else.

The location was great, the reception and cleaning staff were very nice. The pool was good. The breakfast was mostly ok, good for the price.
Nothing really. The few steps to our room were quite steep and there was no handrail.

The location is very good, close to everything. The girl at the reception was very friendly and helpful and so was the cleaning staff.
It was a quiet place.
We booked a tripple room for 2 adults and 1 teenager but the room turned out to be a standard room for 2 People with 1 small folding bed squezed in the corner. This was not comfortable at all to sleep in and the door to the balcony could only be opened halfway because it was blocked by the folding bed. So if you want some comfort, book the 4p room.
We had rented e-bicycles for multiple days and asked to place them somewhere safe, for example behind a wall / gate to prevent theft of these expensive bikes. There was plenty of space where the bikes would be in nobody's way but the manager refused. The bikes had to stay in the open air parking at night where they were in full sight and there was a chance of theft. The girl at the reception did not get permission of the manager to let us place the bikes behind the gate. To us this attitude is hard to understand because it would not cost anything to the hotel and it would simply be a kind gesture of hospitality.
