Lake del Guarda, many adventures in one step distance!

The accommodation is very close to the Lake , it has own parking and garden. The apartment is modern equipped and it's perfect for family. The location allows you to visit multiple sightseeings in short time period. The lady from reception was waiting for us even we late a bit. Thank you for the service!

Great apartment in a good location within 5 minute walk to Lake Garda and the restaurants in Cisano.

We had a great holiday. Apartment was spacious and in a great location. Pool was lovely and the outside space was good too.

It was really inconvenient for us to have to go to a different property to pick up the keys, particularly as we were on public transport. A lock box with the keys would be a better solution. The kitchen was not that well equipped and overall the apartment was missing some basics like scissors, toaster, baking trays and an iron.

The location

The accommodation is badly conserved, the bads are not comfortable at all, the bathroom is too tight and the water gets cold very fast. Poor in decoration and not carefully treated to welcome guests.

Playground, terrace and outdoor area perfect for small kids. Nice view. Walking distance to lake. Large bedrooms.

Great holiday marred by poor accommodation and ignorant staff.

Great location, lovely garden and pool area. The towns and lake are magnificent.

Arrival instructions are a joke, wasted nearly 50 EUROS on taxis to and from their 'reception'. Asked for a cot and a high chair in the room - this was not provided, but there were a few in the building but I had to find it myself. Not sure if this was clean or had been cleaned - which during a global pandemic, is an absolute disgrace. You're basically asking me to risk my baby's health - disgusting. Went to the reception, which is in the next town to complain. The member of staff was an ignorant pig and couldnt have given two hoots, pretended not to speak English. There was no towels provided for us, depsite requesting and paying for them. The kitchen facilities were too basic - no oven. Plug sockets from the 1950s. Overall the accommodation was a shambles, but the area was lovely.

Wiederholungsbedürftig :-)

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, gross und freundlich. Die Zimmer super gut und auch das jedes Zimmer sein eigenes WC/Dusche hat. Wir waren super happy, dass wir die Wohnung 1 hatten, da diese an der Sonne war (für Herbst perfekt) und wir so etwas "abseits" waren. Die Aussicht auf den Pool und die grosse Terrasse mit Tisch und Lounge sind genial. Wir haben das sehr genossen.

In der Küche sollte es zwingend ein paar "Grund-Utensilien" wie z.B. Salz, Pfeffer, Oel, Balsamico, Gewürze haben. Ebenso würde ein Toaster helfen. Auch Tücher und Reinigungsmittel für die Reinigung der Küche sind viel zu wenig da. Auch Frischhalte- oder Alufolie und eine Haushaltspapierrolle sollten fürs Erste zur Verfügung stehen. Im Beschrieb sollte stehen, dass es eine Filterkaffeemaschine und eine Mocca-Maschine hat. So kann entsprechend eingekauft werden. Wir mussten für den TV wie auch für den Boiler (warmes Wasser) jeweils den Hausmeister aufbieten. Kompliment aber an die Reaktionszeit. Beides wurde innert nützlicher Frist erledigt.. danke.

Ganz tolle Unterkunft. Extrem viel Platz in allen Bereichen. Super ausgestattet und eine schöne Lage. Gute Parkplätze.

Etwas hellhörig und der Pool leider sehr kalt, sodass Baden für Kleinkinder nicht wirklich machbar war.

Familienurlaub mit 3 Kindern

Direkte Strandnähe, sehr saubere Appartements, Waschmaschine vorhanden, Pool sauber und groß, Hausmeister kommt täglich zum Poolreinigen und Schirme und Liegen zuklappen, sehr freundliches Personal bei Abholung von Schlüsseln

Wiese durch automatische Bewässerung oft zu nass, an manchen Stellen matschig

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für Familien und Freunde

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit Seeblick; sehr gepflegte Anlage; gute Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Möbeln und Equipment; die Fotos und Beschreibung in Booking.com stimmen mit der Realität überein; sehr freundlicher Empfang beim Check-in/-out (allerdings einige km entfernt in Lazise, was ohne Auto evtl. problematisch sein könnte)

Nichts wirklich Negatives; das Wasser im Pool sollte evtl. häufiger ausgetauscht werden - es war schon Anfang Juni sehr warm und wirkte dadurch etwas "abgestanden"; der Preis ist relativ hoch, aber man bekommt dafür im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen auch entsprechenden Gegenwert (nur wegen des Preises habe ich nur 9 statt 10 Punkte erteilt)

Tolle Anlage, aber......

Tolle Anlage, wunderschönen Apartments. Sauber und gepflegt. Ruhige Lage und doch Zentrumsnahe.

Die schönsten Anlage ist leider nur so gut wie ihre Gäste. Party am Pool mit Musik, Trinkspiele, Bier und Zigaretten ließ uns schon Mittags flüchten. Andere Gäste feierten die Ganze Nacht auf der Terrasse und Balkon mit Lauter Musik und sehr angetrunkener Stimmung. Möbelrück und WC- Deckel knallen raubte uns den Schlaf. Trotzt Aufforderung um 1 Uhr morgens änderte sich nichts. Morgens um 7 war die Party immer noch nicht vorbei, dass wir uns dann zur frühen Abreise entschlossen haben. Das fehlen von Vernunft, Rücksichtnahme oder Respekt gegenüber andren Gästen wird durch nicht anwesendes Personal an die dies bemerken würde anscheinend unterstützt! Das den Betreiber da keine Schuld trifft ist klar aber trotzdem war der Urlaub dadurch vers.....und wir sind nach einer schlaflosen Nacht angereist! Sehr Schade aber deshalb so eine schlechte Bewertung.

Ein schönes, modernes Apartment in guter Lage

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war nah am Gardasee und trotzdem ruhig. Es fehlte an nichts, außer an guten Wetter. Der Pool war ebenfalls schön, die Zufahrt war durch ein Tor gesichert. Toller, großer Balkon mit Aussicht auf den See (1. Stock)

Die Betten waren unbequem, die Bettdecken schwer. Für die Jahreszeit war die Unterkunft etwas zu teuer.

Wunderschöne moderne Wohnung. Super Ausstattung. Große Terrasse mit Sitzmöbeln. Nur 7 Wohneinheiten in der Anlage. Sehr schöner Garten und Pool. Ruhig und doch Zentrumsnah. Einfach klasse!
