Mermaid Resort and Dive Center

The breakfast was very nice. The staff couldn’t have been more pleasant.

I was given a tour of the property previously. I particularly liked the upper large rooms with the large outside patio. I booked what I thought was one of those rooms. Instead of one of those large rooms we had a small room with a view of the garbage behind every property adjoining your resort. The hot tub controls appeared to be old and in poor repair even though we were able to get it to work acceptably. It would have been nice to have a light in or above the hot tub.

Even after the pandemic everything well maintained. Location, Location, Location. But no really view, even it's mentioned.

The aircon was not really cooling down. In combination with the fan it was still ok, but could be cooler. A fan on the balcony would be nice. Not really comfortable to sit outside.

Very nice and comfortable room! Friendly staff, pool table at the bar.

My room being on ground floor the balcony was exposed to direct noise and dirt from the numerous cars bike jeep running down that busy street..

location and room was great

most of the menu items are not available.the 2 outside services coordinated with the hotel were a disaster. private boat was a total failure but after discussions hotel decided to take care of the charge. One day boat trip company had no clue of what was agreed in the tour.
