Room was good and the hotel is in a easy to find location on the outskirts of Salamanca.
Air conditioning was very good, beds were comfy and there was plenty of space in our room.
We arrived late (the hotel advertises a 24-hour check in desk) so we had to call to arrange for access to the parking garage (although the lady on the phone was helpful and it was sorted out quickly); the hotel uses Smart locks for the main door and our room which can be a bit tricky to get working on your App but otherwise good

Good for staying with a dog. Large balcony and room .
No staff when we arrived at 7 pm although phone call was very helpful. No breakfast available .

The price
The fact they don’t have someone to receive us. Also, no garage was available even after my request. And in the end you cannot sleep the rooms are not isolated and the people talking or closing doors make your stay very uncomfortable
