It’s a gated community with nice pool, pretty near from bars, restaurants, Botanical Garden, Croco Cun (Zoo), Main parks nearby ( Xcaret, Xel ha, Xoximilco, Xplor, Xenses ),Cirque due Soleil Joya, beach club, Ruta de los Cenotes and great place to scuba diving or snorkeling!! The 2nd largest reef in the world!
House 1 flat, 2 bedrooms (double bed, and 2 singles) with spacious kitchen and living room area and A/C in the whole place. 1 bathroom, TV, Wifi, safe deposit box, parking for 2 cars .

The owner, Elena, is friendly and ever ready to assist and make things comfortable. There was 1 remarkable thing I experienced: I am used to mosquitos even in 4-5 * accomodations. BUT there WASN'T 1 mosquito in the apt. the entire week. By the way, Puerto Morelos is a sober no-nonsense coastal resort - on both sides of Route 307. We came away with a rich experience of this part of Mexico.

This home had everything we needed. The pool was nice. Also, very peaceful. The host was also very responsive when needed.
