On the ground floor, living room with 2 single beds. Both floors are equipped with air conditioning. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, pots, cutlery ...) The terrace is equipped with a dining area with a table, 4chaises and 2transats.
SDB and WC separated.Television with satellite channel. Towels and bed linen provided. Personalized service will be provided to travelers throughout their stay.
Rates negotiable depending on the length of stay.

Cadre bien entretenu, piscine sympa et spacieuse
Pour améliorer le séjour des futurs locataires, je dirais juste:
Appartement pas très fonctionnel pour deux couples... même si le descriptif annonce deux chambres....
Revoir la situation géographique sur l'annonce, l'appartement n'est pas à l'Anse des Rochers, mais sur les hauteurs de St François.
Pas de Wifi dans l'appartement, seulement à la réception.
Cuisine, réduite à sa simple expression..
Globalement rien à dire, belle terrasse, bel endroit.

L'annonce précise 2 chambres. Il s'agit en fait d'un grand studio avec 1 lit double à l'étage et deux sofa-lits d'une personne au rdv; aucune intimité pour plus de deux occupants.Coupures totales d'eau pendant plusieurs jours (fréquent sur ce quartier de St François). Bruit de la VMC 24 Heures/24 ;boules QUIES obligatoires pour dormir. Bruit de la pompe de surpression d'eau très important.Propriete bien agreable par ailleurs (parc arboré,magnifique piscine)
