La situation géographique

Le confort global : matelas peu confortable, chambre toute petite, insonorisation médiocre = quand un occupant met de la musique de sauvage jusqu'à 23h, difficile de se reposer !! Tous les bruits extérieurs sont bien présents dans la chambre : claquements de portes, descente des escalier avec des chaussures à talon, etc... Petit déjeuner beaucoup trop "basique" pour un hôtel

Déception, prix inacceptable au vu du service mediocre

L'odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, pas du tout insonorisée, j'ai entendu la musique la télé et les pas des voisins du dessus jusque minuit et demie et de nouveau à 6h15. La descente de l'escalier extérieur est très bruyante. Des occupants de l'hôtel ont discuté dans les parties communes extérieures jusque tard. Presque 150 euros pour une prestation d'aussi piètre qualité est inacceptable. Au petit matin ce n'est pas le petit déjeuner qui a pu élever le niveau de cet hôtel..

Pas de petit déjeuner de servi sur ce week end du 17 janvier car les employés étaient en vacances … de plus les voisins de chambre qui mette la musique jusqu’à 3h du matin à fond et à qui on ne dit rien … 117euros pour 2 nuit sans petit déjeuné, des nuits courtes et une literie pas confortable je trouve ça cher pour un première classe …

Au petit déjeuner il y avait rien !! Juste des morceaux de baguette !!! Jamais vu un déjeuner aussi minable, c est même du vol à ce prix là !!!! Les draps du lit n avaient pas été remplacés !! Ds le fond du lit ceux qui ressemblaient à des miettes de pain ou autres saletés ! Les taies d oreiller tachés !! J y étais déjà allé il y a 2 ans mais là ça s est empiré !! J y retournerai plus et je déconseille cet hôtel !!

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Le petit déjeuner était varié. Le lit était grand et confortable. L'hôtel était bien situé par rapport à mon travail au Rheu. Le nettoyage de ma chambre était excellent. J'avais laissé mon lit tout défait le premier matin et je ne m'attendais pas à ce que le ménage s'occupe de le refaire.

Malheureusement, mon séjour coïncidait avec un épisode de canicule. Il faisait donc très chaud dans les chambres ( non climatisées) et je ne me sentais pas à l'aise d'ouvrir la fenêtre car ma fenêtre donnait sur une coursive extérieure et des gens auraient facilement pu rentrer dans la chambre au milieu de la nuit. Etant une femme voyageant seule, j'ai préféré ne pas prendre de risques.
