Absolutely stunning hotel. We were so fortunate to receive an upgrade to an unbelievable room with our own pool with a seaview! It was such a wonderful surprise on arrival. The grounds are spotless, the daily room clean with fresh towels and fresh beach towels and bottles of water delivered everyday was lovely. All inclusive meals with lots of variety to choose from. Golf carts to ferry you around resort if needed. Several swimming pools and a fabulous beach area with bar service to your sun lounger. Absolutely fabulous!! We had the most amazing time and would highly recommend!

The hotel is very beautiful and impressive, it has a very good and relaxing atmosphere, beautiful pools, excellent food, varied and abundant, beautiful view of the sea from everywhere, very nice staff.
The room we got was large and luxurious but a little old and not perfect. What we didn't like about the hotel is that the spa is an additional fee (sauna, hammam), that the nightly shows are a little unprofessional, and that the hotel requires a city tax of 15 euros for each night even though it is not listed on the reservation.
In summary: we really enjoyed, was a great week, but for the price we paid it should have been perfect.

We had a good time and some of the members are nice but the staff doesn’t speak English which is very difficult. Also when you ask for basic stuff they don’t have. The quality of the food is bad and not varied for a 5 star resort.

I've given a full review on TripAdvisor but long story short, the hotel was terrible. Really cheap but cheap for a reason. Very unclean and smelly. AI was horrible - food inedible. Manager was so rude. But not a 5* - more like 2 or 3 so base the price paid on that - not Imperial and not luxury. Spend a little more and go for something a little better if you can.
