Our 3 bedroom villa had a private courtyard which was very overgrown and more or less unusable.
Lacking anywhere to dry clothes - for a beach resort this is very poor. Struggled to dry our swimsuits/trunks.
Had to request our bed sheets to be changed day 4, but only changed our bed, not the 3 children's'
Had to ask for new towels more or less daily
Never filled up the mini fridge with water nor kitchen with milk for the coffee maker
Food was the same every night, absolutely no variation.
We went just before they closed for the season, which could be the reason for many of the issues. But we still paid a lot of money for our villa and we feel that if fell way short of a 5 star resort.

The place was beautiful with great views, but quite remote. The sandy beach was excellent. However, there are a lot of stairs, and since the area is so large, it is very difficult for people with limited mobility. The wines and cocktails were very poor, while the food at the buffet was fairly good, although some of the hot dishes were rather lukewarm. Overall, I would not recommend the all-inclusive option.

The beach is nice 👍
The first minute I arrived no one was there to welcome me and to take my luggage, i had to take it by my self inside the hotel. The worst thing when i asked for help Mr. Gabrail was being so rude with me and he said you can leave it outside and i told him i have valuable stuff do you want me to leave and come in to check in ? He said yes or help your self and my hotel is safe no one will steel your bags. And he was speaking in his language which i don’t understand what is he saying.
The facilities not the same in the pictures i think those pictures were at radisson blu times. And the main restaurant is empty no food during launch time.
The greek restaurant the day i arrived didn’t allow me to enter for dinner because i didn’t have reservations. Guess what!! The tables were empty not full house and i had my kid and family with me and i explained that i just arrived and they still didn’t welcome me.
The rooms not clean and the bathroom smells really bad.
I don’t recommend staying here Only if they changed those things.
