posizione vicina alle terme . parcheggio , pulizia.
insonorizzazione inesistente. i numerosi "ospiti "del piano di sopra si sono divertiti a spostare i mobili e a vociare fino alle 2 di notte. nessuna convezione con le terme attigue , i cartoncini che ci avevano dato quando siamo arrivati sono risultati inutilizzabili per usufruire di un piccolo sconto al pagamento dell' ingresso alle terme ,in quanto le terme esterne erano in ristrutturazione.

Красивая обстановка, чистота , уют, наличие на кухне посуды оборудования, для приготовления, еды, и полезные советы. Наличие 2 приветственных бутылок воды.
Большое количество полотенец и моющих принадлежностей в ванной и комфортная температура воздуха в номере
Гостеприимные сотрудники на ресепшн, рядом общественные термы. Но надо заранее узнавать график их работы. В несезон открытие термы работают три дня в неделю : с пятницы по воскресенье. Закрытие ежедневно с 16 по 18 ч.
Хотелось бы наличие чая, кофе специй для приготовления еды.А главное непонятно, когда будут "свои " термы работать..

Well located, very close to the center of the village of Casciana Termine. The hotel looks nice from the outside (but much less so inside). The breakfast is offered in a nearby beautiful caffe which offers excellent coffee and good pastries, but is otherwise not super-varied. (It also isn't entirely clear what is offered as part of the breakfast and what isn't).
The proximity to the thermal baths (which are a bit dated but very nice nevertheless) was well appreciated.
The room was spacious but was just under the inclined roofs. So one can only access the end of the room on your knees - not super convenient. Also the room's windows were the tiniest I have ever seen, so it was in fact pretty dark at all times. No good lighting to compensate - in fact the bathroom is lit by a fairly nasty fluorescent light, which made it look quite gloomy and contributed to giving the place a somewhat unwelcoming atmosphere.
