Very central and close to Terme

Opposite the Terme and 2 mins from main piazza

Nice location, but the room itself was dark and didn't feel very welcoming.

Well located, very close to the center of the village of Casciana Termine. The hotel looks nice from the outside (but much less so inside). The breakfast is offered in a nearby beautiful caffe which offers excellent coffee and good pastries, but is otherwise not super-varied. (It also isn't entirely clear what is offered as part of the breakfast and what isn't). The proximity to the thermal baths (which are a bit dated but very nice nevertheless) was well appreciated.

The room was spacious but was just under the inclined roofs. So one can only access the end of the room on your knees - not super convenient. Also the room's windows were the tiniest I have ever seen, so it was in fact pretty dark at all times. No good lighting to compensate - in fact the bathroom is lit by a fairly nasty fluorescent light, which made it look quite gloomy and contributed to giving the place a somewhat unwelcoming atmosphere.

Wonderful Stay

The villa is centrally located in one of the typical Tuscan villages. The building must be historical, but renovated - giving a vibe of modern mixed with the old style. Our apartment had two independent bedrooms and a studio. We stayed for a night, but we did have a great time. The welcome gift from the hotel - free tickets to the winery and wine tasting, was a lovely gesture and the experience was absolutely amazing. Cafes and shops are easily accessible and the neighborhood seemed to be fun with some live music playing in the street.

The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the shower. The water was taking too long to drain.

Looks nice when in season and outdoor pools are open. Not so much in winter or February

Nice open grass area did kids/dog to move around. Heaters worked good.

We were fairly disappointed about the theme. It was reason we booked in the area. The indoor pool was more of a rehabilitation center or old folk facility. No spa facilities were open. I did call ahead to check but wasn’t mentioned.

Very friendly not a young man, helped us to accommodate.

The water in the shower does not flow, there is no hot water, we could not even wash our hair. There is no iron at the reception, or they didn’t give it, I was ready to pay for it. but they said it was not provided. The room feels smoky, the sofa in the living room should at least be cleaned, but it is better to change the cover.

I loved it!

The front desk staff was amazingly fabulous! The young woman working there, the young man who had in my suitcase up six flights of stairs and the general manager in the evening were all what made this stay excellent! And then that they have their own three indoor pools in really neat arched rooms and I got them all to myself when I arrived! It was the perfect place to truly relax! Their 2 smallish hot springs pools & 1 small salt water float pool use has an extra charge but it’s 100% worth it! 😃

A great cool Oasis in the middle of a heatwave.

Location, thermal baths, breakfast on the square, Miriam’s fantastic welcome and helpfulness, air conditioned and comfortable.

Rather sparsely equipped apartment - including kitchenette. No washing facilities on site.

Wonderful peaceful stay to relax in

We had a lovely stay in the quaint little town of Casciano. The hotel was very pleasant and had a very pretty inner courtyard. The wellness area was wonderful with 3 different pools with different temperatures. The amazing feature was that we were able to secure exclusive access to the very spacious spa area for 25€ per person, meaning we were two people in the whole spa area.

During the night there was a lot of noise in the inner courtyard, due to staff moving furniture around the hotel. For some reason this was taking place at 1 am at night. But I believe this was an exception and is usually not the case.

great position, finely renovated, the spa is really beautiful and unique in terms of decoration

rooms were simple respect to the structure, there was bad smell of previous stay, the towels had bad smell and not ironed. They included the breakfast but it was a trail in the room with old fruit and cheap cookies, very sad. Not worth the money we paid. really a pity because the building, the spa , garden and parking are very nice. Staff is nice too. if they could take care of the rooms they can raise immediately to high levels.

Superb

We got a free room upgrade and the management was also super helpful and willing to accommodate our requests. The area is also nice and quite and serves as a great base to explore the rest of Tuscany if you are willing to drive.

Cleaning is done every 3 days and you are expected to throw away your own garbage in the designated area on the property

Fantastic hotel with a private hot spring terme

The hotel dates from the 1700’s and has been recently renovated to the highest standard, having won an award for its restyling. Our suit had an enormous bathroom and lounge kitchen with views on three side of the town and countryside. All our rooms were spacious, impeccably clean and well appointed with everything necessary. The terme had three large rooms each with its own specific bath style and temperature and all was wonderfully styled, casual elegant and spotless. The hosts were very professional but combined this with a wonderfully genuine care that made everything easy and a pleasure. Local information about restaurants and the many beautiful small villages nearby was readily available. The structure also organises various dinners and music events throughout the year. We are lucky to live only 40km away and are looking forward to going back. Don’t miss this fantastic hotel and spa in the classic Tuscan countryside between Pisa Livorno and Florence

Not worth the money.

Lots of space in the apartament. Close to main square.

One coffee and one croissant is not breakfast and shouldn't be offered and charged as such. Since it's an apartament and listed as four star, i expected at least sugar, coffee and tea in the kitchen.

Pleasant

We had to wait until someone shows up for like 30 mins. Usually nobody stays at the reception. One of the owner was really greedy. We were in a very unpleasant situation and she had to drove us back to the property. She took us 140 Euro for a 15 km ride, on the next day a taxi took us 30 Euro for same distance. Just be careful if you have to relay on the owners for a favor!!!

Красивая обстановка, чистота , уют, наличие на кухне посуды оборудования, для приготовления, еды, и полезные советы. Наличие 2 приветственных бутылок воды. Большое количество полотенец и моющих принадлежностей в ванной и комфортная температура воздуха в номере Гостеприимные сотрудники на ресепшн, рядом общественные термы. Но надо заранее узнавать график их работы. В несезон открытие термы работают три дня в неделю : с пятницы по воскресенье. Закрытие ежедневно с 16 по 18 ч.

Хотелось бы наличие чая, кофе специй для приготовления еды.А главное непонятно, когда будут "свои " термы работать..

Een en ander is redelijk gedateerd, douche functioneerde niet behoorlijk. Ontbijt bij een locatie in het centrum stelt weinig voor. Eén koffie, een glas sap en één croissant. In mijn beleving al met al veel te duur geprijsd.
