Great location and our room was comfortable

Breakfast could have been better

Clean, nice, and quiet rooms with good air-con in a central location for a very fair price. The beds are on the hard side but slept well there. The breakfast is good and filling though only instant coffee is available. Best part about the hotel was the receptionist Eliza who was super nice and helpful when we really needed local help as tourist.

I don't like marking places down, however the reason for the low score is a lack of fridge in the room, we had to ask at reception for them to put our items in their fridge so unable to keep drinks cool (the staff were helpful enough helping out with this) not enough power points, no tea and coffee facilities in room, I appreciate that these were in the communal area but not great if you need to get dressed before going out of your room! Our door (7) was really difficult to access with the card and took 6/7 attempts each time, and we needed to do some laundry but was told that it would be 1 dollar per item, which meant that a wash of our undies and a few other items would have been rather pricey! Air con wasn't efficient and very noisy! No complaints about the staff overall, the bed was comfortable and room was a sufficient size, we didn't need to spend a significant amount of time there, but just wanted to note these things as the reason I chose this hotel was because of the good reviews!
