The apartment is located in Agrustos, a small hamlet of Budoni 900 meters from the sea, 35 km from Olbia and close to the most beautiful beaches on the east coast of Sardinia, starting from the beautiful beaches of Agrustos, Budoni, San Teodoro which is 6 km and the Gulf of Orosei only 60 km. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with a large garden, parking space and barbecue, it has a living area with kitchenette, bathroom and double bedroom.

Summary of reviewsCozy ground floor apartment, caring and attentive owners. Ventilated place with a lovely shaded garden where we and our two dogs enjoyed. Not very close to the sea, but easily accessible by car to several beaches. Kitchen equipment could be improved, otherwise fully satisfied.

Appartamento al piano terra accogliente, proprietari premurosi e presenti per eventuali necessità. Il posto è ventilato e ha un bel giardino ombreggiato dove oltre al sottoscritto e la moglie sono stati bene anche i nostri due cani. Non è vicinissimo al mare ma in macchina si possono raggiungere 4-5 spiagge in pochi minuti. Da migliorare un pò la dotazione in cucina, per il resto pienamente soddisfatti
