RESIDENCE VERY QUIET LOCATED CLOSE TO THE ROYAL PALACE WITH HEATED POOL AND FITNESS CENTER OF STEAM. RESIDENCE GARDIENNEE 24H / 24 AND 7/7. WHICH IS 5 MINUTES BEACHES, 5 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN, GOLF COURSES 5 MINUTES AND 20 MINUTES FROM THE AIRPORT. APARTMENT WITH POOL VIEW AND VIEW THE ATLAS.
High standing estate 'NAAMA'est a haven of peace that has beautiful gardens and a beautiful swimming pool you can admire from the terrace of the apartment .... At night, the residence has an added dimension with lights that highlight the beauty of the pool gardens and the architecture of buildings ....
Agadir is a seaside resort in the foreground, the bay of Agadir is in the top 10 of my whole berries.
The offer golfing is leading with a total of 4 golf courses and golf contruction last 15 kms north of the city ...
Finally the Agadir region enjoys sunshine for over 320 days a year.

Excellent property in a quite location with all services nearby. we were well looked after by Aisha who came in alternate days. We would recommend.

It is not often in one’s life that everything comes together in the combination of a perfect setting, a wonderfully comfortable apartment, beautiful weather, the sweetest housekeeper and cook and five kilometers of sandy beach and boulevard with hospitable and friendly Maroccans who offer you the freshest of fruits and vegetables, all to make your stay calm, happy and healthy. But so it was!

This is a lovely, spacious apartment in a quiet, safe and beautifully landscaped location. The owner, Jean, is incredibly helpful and hospitable, the facilities are all of a high standard and we even enjoyed local Moroccan cuisine cooked for us in the apartment. The on site Naama Club provides pampering and beauty treatments and also has a small gym. Best to hire a car to get around, drive up the coast/inland. Everything you need is close by but youre out of the main hustle and bustle. A great way to brush up your French (so little English spoken here) - we are looking forward to returning next year!
