The space of the house and the location of the house. We got a great stay in the house with our family, we benefited from the BBQ services, karaoke, etc. We could visit Tam Dao and Tay Thien very easily. Also, we can walk around the house and have a look at the golf.
Lack of commerce near the house.

Beautiful place with fantastic facilities. We loved having a BBQ and bonfire at night. Definitely will come again.
