At 4 minute walk from commercial Masson street and from the Angus site, where you can find numerous services such as grocery, pharmacy, bakery, fish store, cafés and restaurants.
Located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with easy parking, a 10 minute walk from the metro, or take a bus from the corner. Price includes cable, phone, electricity, heat and hot water.

Quiet stay at this studio in an area with all conveniences as required. The property was clean, comfortable and with very good shower pressure. The A/C was absolutely a necessity for the hot and humid Montreal weather and greatly appreciated.Thank you to the hosts, Danielle & Celine for their hospitality and care during my stay.

Needed the place for a month to look for condos. It's a 2 1/2 (Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom - water pressure is amazing!) so the size was expected on arrival. It's on a nice quiet street too.
Very cute 2 1/2 in Angus, Rosemont area. Rosemont is a non-touristy top 3 neighborhood in Montreal. Danielle was very nice and welcoming, all amenities are there and grocery stores, liquor store are steps away. Metro Prefontaine less than a 15 min walk.
Would stay there again!
