A cozy well situated cottage a few steps from the pub!

We took the cottage for the first week in February, before half-term hold, so it was nice and quiet. It’s conveniently situated for most outward bound pursuits. We particularly enjoyed the coastal walks. Missed a dishwasher but a cosy cottage.

Mr. Dishwasher.. Bathroom fan was very dusty, Some aesthetic repairs required, but nothing critical to a week’s holiday.

Self catering. Cosy. Had everything we needed. Quiet. Nice neighbours. Lovely beaches and walks. Pub was good for meals. Car parking.

Well equipped and clean but now needing some updating. The bath needs a wall handle to get in and out safely.

Electric heaters need updating. Electric shower is poor probably due to age and poor pressure. Very old info for area (2010 price list for local restaurants)

Kitchen well stocked with implements and quiet location

Bit noisy at night when the bathroom fan from next door came on or the water tank was filling. More sound insulation needed above the ceiling

Self catering. Location was fine for us but we had a car. Slightly isolated especially as the pub next door wasnt able to offer food.

Great location, parking and outside area

The cottage was spotless, and the kitchen was very well equipped with utensils. We managed to walk from the cottage into Wadebridge along the Camel Trail. Bike hire was very easy in Wadebridge although good to book in advance. The cottage is located next to the Quarry Man Inn; lovely menu and they deliver! On plates, straight to your table, perfect! Easy to park. Sitting outside in the grassed area was lovely after a day out.

Enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Very well equipped & well maintained cottage. Quiet and relaxing location. Had a nice meal one night before we left at The Quarryman which is very near.

Hairdryer would have been handy. However weather was very good so managed without it. Kitchen at The Quarryman was closed most of the week we were there. Would have been nice to be able to eat there on night of arrival.
