Good communication from the hosts. We arrived earlier than anticipated, but there was still someone there to greet us with the keys and to show us around the apartment, the facilities, and to give advice on the area and answer questions.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for our hosts.
The accommodation was in a rural location, but not too far from the airport or the nearest town, and there are plenty of places to visit, but you will need a car- just hope that Booking.com and their partner Ecovia don't let you down on the car hire front.

Firstly, the staff were all super friendly and accommodating, always taking time for a chat and to say hello, they were all lovely and made us feel at home!
Secondly, the location is beautiful, with amazing scenes of the Tuscan countryside. It's very peaceful and scenic, such a nice relaxing area with good connections to larger cities as well.
Finally, the apartment we had, Otello, was a great size, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Allowed us to cook for ourselves comfortably and with the onsite clothes machines, allowed us to relax and put our feet up.
Will definitely look to be back next time we visit the area, as it's such a lovely and well equipped Tuscan escape.

Three of us chose to stay in one of the apartments for a friend’s wedding in Lajatico. The place was very pretty with beautiful views and comfortable for three people.
A very tiny detail: the large coffee at breakfast tasted like it was either instant or overroasted. However, the espresso tasted good!

beautiful and quiet place
the internet in the bedroom did not work, although the hotel claims that the connection is good. For all 9 days this problem was not solved. there were strong clogging in 2 bathrooms and kitchen. every day we got out of the bath and there was a puddle on the floor, something was leaking from different places and we put towels. very cold in November. poor cleaning, found an empty bottle under the pillow, washed themselves in the corners and on the shelves. it was very uncomfortable. we are disappointed
