Mermaid' house is located in Letojanni, in the old fishermen's village near
Taormina (only 5km) on the Coast, only 20m from the seaside.
House of the Siren of 100sq meters, that dates back to the year 1780;while maintaining the characteristics of that period the house has been entirely restored. Garden with table and chairs room separed with ombrella ,deckchairs, barbeque ,towels for beach there is also a washing machine The house is accessible by a nice alley. In the entrance , living-room and kitchen that separates the two storeys there is a stairs that has the flavour of that period, a separated kitchen,stove with four burners, a refrigerator, and a small freezer; also there is kitchen equipment such as dishes, plates,saucepans, dishwasher ; there is also a washing machine, a big -living room, with air-conditioned, bathroom with shower, hair dryer,double divan beds for two people ,satellite TV32'
On first floor there are two bedrooms with sea view, air conditioniwith TV sat and each one with bathroom The house is about a 20 meters from the sea .

Beautiful house, perfect location just a 1 min walk to the free beach with the option of paying for a sunbed or more luxurious beds just further down the beach. Cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. with parks and piaza all with plenty of space for children to play in.Messina is a 40 minute drive and Taormina a 10 min drive to the carparks.House itself is very spacious with a lovely outdoor area not overlooked and perfect for outdoor dining.Carmen was a great host very knowledgeable about the local area and only a message away if we needed her. Also having a parking space was a much needed bonus!Would definitely visit again

Our family spent 1 week at Carmen’s beach house. Perfectly located at the end of the beach strip. Quiet, beautiful and perfect for relaxation. Taormina and Isao Bella is on only 10-15 minutes away. Can’t beat the location. Thank you Carmen

Fun stay at the Mermaid House with grandkids and their parents - it was ideal for the 6 of us!
Carmen met us to greet & guide us to the location/ familiarized us all on the workings of the house and some ideas for the sightseeing. Also responded quickly during our stay when we had a minor issue with the hot water. Felt very well looked after in a location that allowed morning jog on the beach/ breakfast meals with lovely bedrooms/short ride to local sites Taormina etc./ even in March we could enjoy a little of the beautiful Letojanni morning sun in the courtyard!

We had a lovely stay at this property. Carmen was very generous and helpful throughout our stay and check in process. Great house steps from the beach and the restaurants.
