    The Hotel location is very good, few hundreds meter from the beach. The beach is privatized by and not possible to use unless you book it for a season. The locals are doing this because they have private homes nearby. That means you are supposed to go the beach but use no facility and just swim and get the hell out of there. You cannot use your own umbrella or sunbed, the private beach staff stars immediately mobbing you. All in all, the place has a wrong concept for a Hotel to operate. If you want to have beach holiday, select other locations in Italy. Hotel staff were friendly but they did not warn us about this after booking. That is the weak point. So we decided to leave one day earlier with paying a night fee for nothing.
