Staying here was great. We have family in Geleen so the location was perfect for us. The home was presented as stated on Stayz and the owner sent through all information as and when promised. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is very comfortable, spacious and conveniently located within walking distance to the centre of Sittard, shops, cafes and railway station. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is really lovely and a great place for family gatherings. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and there’s a great ‘frituur’ which is open till 10pm just around the corner. There is a spacious outdoor seating area outside which would be great in the summer! Pascal was very quick at getting back to us to answer any questions we had - excellent communication. We’ve stayed in a number of houses and flats in Sittard and this one is our favourite. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will be back!

Excellent base for exploring Limburg

The house is very comfortable and the slightly unfinished painting of the upstairs is not a problem. The house is really excellent and the Pascal host is really helpful and generous. The location to the town centre is excellent (10minutes walk), with many restaurants and shops there. There is a very good pizza takeaway shop 200 metres distant from the house. Also a very good location to get to other Dutch, Belgian and German towns. Would definitely recommend to other visitors.

A super area to stay in as in a great area for travelling to different areas. House was nicely presented but a shame the upstairs is not completely finished. This did not however stop us having a great time. The outside area is very pleasant and comfortable but it had not been cleaned ready for our arrival. If you want to use the bikes you have to make prior arrangements or they will not be there to use which we did not know therefore did not have the use of them.

This is a wonderful house so close to the center of Sittard. You can walk into town, there are supermarkets you can bike to, and the owner is so helpful with everything! I would definitely recommend it. Our family hopes to return.

Het was erg ruim. Alle benodigdheden was aanwezig, zoals: keukenbenodigdheden, zit gelegenheid, handdoeken, theedoeken, beddengoed. Alles was schoon en netjes. Zeker een aanrader. Subliem. Dicht bij het centrum.

Erg nette, schone, ruime woning . Keukenuitrusting was Erg compleet. Wij waren met 6 personen, hebben wel de 2 stoelen van de slaapkamer erbij gepakt om wat ruimer en comfortabeler bij het zitgedeelte voor de tv te zitten, maar dit kon ook prima. Communicatie met verhuurder verliep erg prettig.
