Die Lage ist sehr gut..nahe am Meer und wunderbare Ruhe...großzügig geschnitten die Wohnung...2 Balkons Sauberes ruhiges Haus mit Fahrstuhl...in Sichtweite ein Einkaufsmarkt sowie ein Bäcker mit Kaffee und Brötchen ( belegt) Freundliche Betreuung im Vermietungsbüro! Wege wurden sehr gut " winterfrei " gehalten
Ausstattung sollte regelmäßig gecheckt werden..es fehlten Teelöffel, nur 2 Suppenlöffel ( einer davon eher ein Riesensalatlöffel) Küchenutensilienschubladen bitte einmal sortieren und säubern! Wäschepaket beinhaltet jeweils 1 kleines und ein großes Handtuch pro Person plus Duschvorleger und Bettwäsche..für den Preis bitte nochmal überdenken! Sofakissen bitte reinigen! Und: Matratzen unterste Kategorie...nicht gut!...Klappcouch im Wohnzimmer nicht zum Schlafen geeignet! Kühlschrank extrem laut!

Die Lage
Die Wände könnten einen neuen Anstrich vertragen, insbesondere im Schlafzimmer. Der Staubsauger stinkt beim Gebrauch. Beim Sessel löst sich eine Naht. Das Kopfkissen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. In der Toilette spült sich das Papier erst nach mehreren Versuchen herunter. Am Spülbecken in der Küche funktioniert der Verschluss nicht mehr.
