The cottage was immaculate, the location was great, nice and relaxing, also great for local walks and amenities. Thanks to Paul and family for a great stay. We will definitely be back at some point.

Beautiful appointed, quiet and very clean which is everything I look for. There was also a slice of cake that was mouth watering and greatly appreciated.

Pleasant cottage on a farm. Decent wi-fi and heating. Clean and tidy.
This place has a long list of strict rules, most of them obvious (eg don't use the vacuum cleaner outside, don't put tea bags down the toilet), some totally unnecessary (only named guests allowed on the property). Our daughter and her husband who have a caravan nearby were not allowed to visit. No children is fair enough, but adults? There's only a small amount of crockery which makes life difficult as (of course) you're not allowed to use the dishwasher unless it's full. There's a gate at the end of the drive which has to be opened and shut every time you drive in and out. Not pleasant at night in heavy rain. This is all a shame as it's a tidy and comfortable property.
