Fijn schoon appartement dat makkelijk toegankelijk is. Locatie is direct naast het skigebied en het bikepark en goed te bereiken met de auto.

De parkeergarage is lastig inrijden met een wat grotere auto. Ik heb om schade te voorkomen de auto aan de straat geparkeerd.

Sehr schöne und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Balkon und Blick ins Grüne. Unkomplizierter Check-In per Schlüsselsafe. Lage direkt am Erlebnisberg Kappe und Bikepark, für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Eigene Garage zum Abstellen von Auto oder Fahrrädern.

Die Urlaubsentspannung wurde leider durch eine Party in einer Ferienunterkunft gegenüber unseres Balkons etwas getrübt. (Dafür kann natürlich weder die FeWo Käppchen noch der Gastgeber etwas.)

Schöne renovierte Wohnung mit großem Balkon auf einem großen Gartengrundstück. Gute Lage zu den Skiliften. Wohnung sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet inkl. Spülmaschine. Kontakt zur Verwalterin unkompliziert und sehr freundlich mit sehr guter Erreichbarkeit. Mein Wunsch nach einer parfümfreien Vorreinigung wurde erfüllt.

Für meinen kleinen Kombi war die Garage in ihrer Größe gerade ausreichend. Kein Skikeller im Haus. Die Bettdecke und das Kissen wurden früher mit Weichspülern gewaschen, was man immer noch riecht.

The door to the balcony was broken, I contacted on my son’s behalf to ask for this to be fixed, it didn’t happen. Looking back on previous reviews, this has been ongoing. On their departure, I got a message to say that they had committed all over the sofa and bedding and I needed to pay €300 for a professional clean and to close any bookings for 2 nights. My son and good friend are not big drinkers, they spent all day out booking and would chill out in a night because they were so tired. I FaceTimed him regularly and never saw any issues, they both vehemently deny that they were sick in the apartment or left it in a mess. I asked for photos of proof. The photos they eventually sent me show a different sofa to the one in my son’s apartment and I am now going through a dispute. I was also told I had violated the rules by allowing 2 minors to stay alone, however in Germany, 18 is classed as an adult, same as UK, they have visited other places in Germany without issue. This has ruined the experience for us all. If you stay, make sure you take photos of everything before you leave as proof of how you left it!
