Great location, comfortable maisonette for family of 4.

Location was excellent. Although a small supermarket and bakery in Le Tronchet would have made the location perfect. Nearest we found were at Miniac-Morven about 3 miles away. Small park for children. The complex was well maintained throughout our stay. We could collect our key as soon as we arrived from a house about 3 miles away and didn't have to wait in the ridiculous queues for checking in like others did.

Loud music late at night coming from a property right next to the complex but not actually part of it. Manager did get them to turn it down thankfully. Also, we had to have windows open due to the heat and neighbours smoked all hours of the day and night. Not the fault of the complex but wish the residents had a bit more respect for my family's health. Pool area could have been kept cleaner. Outdoor furniture could have been cleaned. We weren't allowed our cars to our property, there was a car park close by and they gave you barrows to haul your stuff from car to house, yet some residents took it upon themselves to move huge planters so they could get their car right to their door. Nothing said to them and planters not moved back. It was a bit of a hassle arriving and leaving but at least you didn't worry about your children running around the site, made a concern by selfish people who took it upon themselves to break the rules that were made quite clear at time of booking.

L'emplacement le calme et le propriétaire mem a distance il était très à l'écoute .très très gentil et aimable

Le réception nous propose de visiter une ferme pour l'achat de fromage frais mais en visitant la ferme personne n'est la .

Bon séjour

Le logement avait tout ce qu'il fallait en équipements (accessoires cuisine , comme couverture, oreiller dans les chambres, sèche-cheveux... ), friterie et gourmandise sur place le soir. La piscine est ouvert tous les jours de 10h a 19h/20h par contre prévoir pour les enfants car grand bassin de 1m55 de hauteur .

Logement confortable et très propre. Il est très bien situé, proche des golfs de Saint-Malo Resort et du domaine des Ormes. Jean-Philippe, le propriétaire, est d'une extrême bienveillance. Je recommande cette location.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la location de Jean-Philippe. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la Bretagne et parfait pour les familles. La cuisine équipée, l'emplacement pratique pour décharger la voiture, la remise des clés rapide et le linge de lit fourni étaient très appréciés. La piscine couverte et chauffée a été un vrai plus, surtout les jours de pluie. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Merci, Jean-Philippe

La connexion internet était un peu lente, mais cela n'a pas impacté notre séjour.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille

Très bel emplacement , très belle maisonnette , parfaitement équipée. Piscine très agréable. Propriétaire du logement très sympathique et disponible. Nous reviendrons ❤️

Absolument rien concernant la maison ni les prestations qu’elle contient. La fraîcheur dans les cabines et douches de la piscine. La taille du parking : sature en soirée

Logement charmant, très bien équipé et fonctionnel ! Résidence clôturée avec un parking et une piscine intérieure. Le propriétaire est très réactif et sympathique. Nous occupions la maison T3 et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Parfait pour découvrir la région

Maisonnette très agréable et très bien équipée avec cuisine toute neuve et très complète. Propriétaire très sympa au téléphone et Florence sur place également flexible et charmante.

Les couvertures des lits "à la française" un peu fatiguées. Nous aurions préféré des couettes. Mais c est juste un détail.
