It's a good budget hotel
On trip to Rajasthan from Pune we decided to have a layover at Vadodara for 4 Adults & 1 kid.
The hotel has nice rooms and good food.
We had done the booking via booking.com & the hotel specifically requested for advance booking amount.
At the time of checkout there was a huge confusion. The hotel reception asked for complete payment. After providing proof of payment and waiting for 30 mins, the confusion got cleared. This delayed our further trip.
They carelessly said that the person who took the advance did not register it.

Location was good, room was decent, Food was nice and staff could have been better. Listing on the web page was not clear. And response was poor and confirmation was not smooth. No internal communication within the staff.
