Cordial owner who quickly sorted out whatever small problems were faced by us

The behaviour and manners of the owner on phone was gentlemanly.
The owner was well mannered and helpful.The stay appeared uninterested, unhelpful and not available generally.
We did our own dishes and next day early morning found the sink had developed a leakage and hence water was getting spilled on the floor with no help possible from anywhere at that early a time in the day.
Not a very pleasant experience.
