I booked this house in utter faith that they had 2 separate rooms as we were coming out with friends. I paid up front and upon scrolling quite far down on the reviews before leaving for the holiday ( flights paid etc) I came across someone who had remarked that the rooms were “interconnecting” I immediately contacted the host of this property who said that “ if this was a problem we can offer you an upgrade” I didn’t want an upgrade. I was quite upset that I had paid for something I was not going to actually have and would have been deeply disappointed if I had arrived at the house to find out that I wouldn’t have any place to sleep. I wanted a refund. It was a breach of contract as their site was deceptive. However they cleverly replied that a refund was impossible because I was too late in asking for one! I was “ too late” to realise I had been duped as once I told them I was filing my complaint the owners went on to their site and changed the description saying “ the rooms are interconnecting”! I do have proof and will be taking this further But have lost all trust in Vrbo who I feel have not looked into this seriously enough and found it simpler to just say “It’s up to the owners discredition” BEWARE If the description says “two rooms” then you are naturally expecting 2 rooms. It’s quite simple But very deceptive if those 2 rooms turn out to be interconnecting.

We spent a great week in this wonderful apartment. The garden was also very good for our dog and he really enjoyed it. The communication with Claire was very friendly and easy and everything works fine. The flat is located perfectly and the town is very pretty. We had a lovely and relaxing stay.

We had a lovely time here. The cottage is small but perfectly formed. The outside patio area was perfect for us to sit out in, with a nice little pool around the corner too. It could not have been more ideally located: at the end of a quiet lane with the beach less than 10 minutes walk in one direction and the centre and harbour of Sanary 10 minutes in the other direction. Closer still a mini market, patisserie and pharmacy, and a small neighborhood cafe/bar at the end of the lane. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Bedrooms are in the attic space but with Aircon that cools the whole place down which we needed in the 34 degree heat. It was a great place to holiday in and we're hoping to go back in the future.

Very pleasant house perfect for 2 with our dog. Quite because at the end of a street with a dead end. Nice decorations with all luxury you need. Good size terrace. Owners are very friendly and helpfull. Very close to the centre and the beach.

Emplacement ideal entre la plage de Portissol et le centre ville , parfait quand on ne veut pas prendre la voiture. Maison propre et très bien équipée, chambres à l étage en enfilade : on passe par la chambre avec les lits double pour accéder a la chambre avec le lit double via une porte coulissante. Velux équipés de store dans les chambres.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und es hat super geklappt… uns hat die Wohnung sehr gefallen, sie war sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen denn Sanary ist wirklich toll. An alle potenziellen Mieter…. die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Aucuns accueils des propriétaires , ni lors de notre départ , les photos de la piscine ne sont pas d’actualité , celle ci était inutilisable lors de mon séjour , pas chauffée et pas entretenue , trop de vis à vis avec les autres locataires , accès très difficile pour s’y rendre sinon intérieur propre , personnellement prix injustifié pour la période ( septembre )

Der Check-In Vorgang verlief unkompliziert und die Wohnung war schon ab Mittag bezugsbereit, was wir sehr schätzten. Der Zustand war sehr sauber, viele durchdachte Details. Das Hotel/Restaurant, hinter dem Grundstück, hat teilweise viel Betrieb, was Ruhesuchende evtl. stören könnte. Für uns aber kein Problem. Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsladen, Bäckerei, Hafen alles innerhalb 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.

La localisation est vraiment l’atout majeur de cette petite maison de pêcheurs. Vous pouvez sans problème aller au port, au marché, aux commerces à pieds mais aussi a la plage et faire des balades. Le petit coin extérieur permet de se détendre et de profiter du barbecue. Le logement est très propre avec tout le nécessaire. Un petit bémol : les chambres. Privilégier les séjours en famille (parents-enfants) qu’entre amis car il faut passer d’une chambre à l’autre . Je recommande sans problème.

Ich habe mich in dieser Ferienwohnung drei Wochen mitsamt meinem Dackel Aggi rundherum wohl gefühlt in einem sehr wohnlichen Ambiente. Die Strand- und Ortsnähe sind der absolute Pluspunkt dieser Ferienwohung, das Auto quasi unnötig. Die Vermieter äußerst freundlich und entgegen kommend, man wird herzlich aufgenommen, als wenn man schon Jahre Gast wäre. An dieser Stelle noch über Sanary selbst bericheten sprengt den Rahmen einer solchen Bewertung. Man kann einfach nur sagen und empfehlen: HIN FAHREN, es ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit tollen Landschaften, tollen Einwohnern und ganz tollem ESSEN.

Nous avons séjourné dans le T3 avec vue piscine. Tout était parfais, les propriétaire au petit soins! Claire nous a même offert des olives et de la tapenades qu'ils font eux même! Petite maison agréable joliment décorée et bien aménagée. La climatisation des chambres est bienvenue avec la chaleur estivale. La terrasse est grande et permet de profiter de l’ombre le matin et du soleil tout l’apres-midi. La piscine commune est un peu petite mais permet de bien se rafraîchir. La propriétaire est charmante et très accueillante.

La maison est petite mais très bien agencée et la terrasse est vraiment grande et agréable mais le bruit du restaurant situé juste derrière le mur ne permet pas de profiter tranquillement de la terrasse le soir. Maison très bien située à 10 minutes du centre ville. Piscine très agréable mais un peu petite pour les 4 appartements à en profiter, à partir de 8 personnes vous ne pouvez plus bouger. Au global, maison agréable avec super emplacement mais le bruit du restaurant ne nous fera pas revenir.

C'est la 2ème fois que nous louons pour Noel cette maison. Les équipements sont complets, la situation est top car nous sommes à quelques centaines de metres du centre ville et à qq centaines de mètres de la plage de portissol. La maison est particulièrement calme, nous sommes au fond d'une impasse avec un stationnement assuré. Nous avons apprécié la souplesse de la propriétaire par rapport à notre heure d'arrivée, et à notre heure de départ. Dans la cuisine il y a tout le necessaire pour cuisiner correctement, donc c'est impeccable. Nous recommandons donc cette location .

das Appartement ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, grosse Terrasse mit Liegestühlen, Sitzbereichen. Pool ist sehr klein, reicht für eine schnelle Erfrischung, aber im Meer ist es sowieso schöner und der Strand Portissol ist in 5 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Hafen mit schönen Cafées und dem tägl. Markt ist ebenfalls nur 5 min zu Fuss entfernt. Lage ist super. Die 2 Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein und nur durch eine dünne Holzwand getrennt, für uns als Familie aber absolut ok. Die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar, Probleme werden sofort behoben und sie sind supernett!! Resumée: Absolut zu empfehlen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Das Stadtzentrum mit einer Vielzahl von Lokalen, Shops und dem Markt, wie auch der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zur Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse, woran ein Hotel-Restaurant mit Gartenbetrieb angrenzt. Für 4 Personen könnte es eventuell ein wenig eng werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und es verlief alles reibungslos.

Le logement est idéalement situé au coeur de Sanary. Il est très facile de faire les courses du quotidien à pied depuis le logement ce qui est très appréciable en vacances. La plage de Portissol est également située à moins de 5 minutes à pied, idéal pour se balader, boire un verre ou manger un morceau face à la mer. Le logement en lui-même est confortable, décoré avec charme, bien équipé et très pratique. L'espace intérieur est bien aménagé ce qui fait oublier les 48 m2 de surface. Terrasse très agréable, plutôt calme (logement situé au fond d'une impasse). Accueil courtois des propriétaires. Séjour très agréable. A recommander.
