Palais de Luppé, Chambre d'hôtes

Le lieu est magnifique et M. de Luppé d'une très grande courtoisie. La possibilité d'admirer les oeuvres exposées et le Palais et d'en découvrir l'histoire est une vraie chance. La chambre et le petit salon sont très élégants. Le petit-déjeuner excellent avec un réel souci de faire plaisir, et servi dans un cadre exceptionnel (la salle à manger avec son décor remarquable). Le Palais de Luppé est idéalement situé avec une vue sur les arènes absolument extraordinaire.

Everything. Very special to be able to leave in a Museum. The garden which belongs to the property is also wonderful. The location could not be better.

Nothing.

Great location, nice palace building, large room, good breakfast. The preconditions for a luxury level experience are all there, just the host's attention to service is lacking.

You had to ask for stuff that should have been a given in any hotel (not just luxury level which is the price you are paying) e.g., getting a shower mat or towel to place on the slippery floor in front of the shower, information on parking situation specific to "feria" i.e., easter weekend. Hairdryer was not working. A proper couch in the room itself would have been adequate, not just in the communal area. Also don't travel to Arles during Easter weekend if you're going there for the culture. It's basically one big spring break party all over town with loud music until 2 o'clock in the morning each day (in addition to bullfights in the roman amphitheater).
