Beachway home

Die Lage ist hier sicher der Grund Nummer eins ! Das ganze Haus für sich allein zu haben auch! Die Balkone haben eine tolle Aussicht und man kann nur durch den Haupteingang ins Haus, was zur Sicherheit beiträgt- Die Klimageräte funktionieren super und der Wasserdruck ist prima. Immer warmes Wasser nur durch die Sonnenenergie. Innen ist das Haus sehr komfortabel.

es besteht sicher Bedarf einige Details zu verbessern. Ausstattung ist zwar ok, aber es fehlt an der einen und anderer Stelle an Details. Die Bäder sich schon in die Jahre gekommen und Vorhände in den Badezimmern sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Es fehlten zudem die Fußmatten. Das Grundstück ist relativ lieblos und ungepflegt. Passt nicht so zum Haus. Eine Beschattung für einen PKW Stellplatz wäre eine sehr gute Investition.

Lovely place in quite a central location, the beach and shops only 5 minute walk away. We didn’t realise that we had the entire house so it was a bit of a shock when we walked through the door! Very well equipped with pretty much everything you need. Every room had a balcony and AC and there was plenty of space to store your items. It is on a main road but you couldn’t really hear anything from the house. Vasilis was the manager of the property and was never more than a phone call away if you needed him. Very welcoming and friendly.

Great villa with 3bedroom and bath, large living room and kitchen. Very nice location, near to the beach and the center of the city. Vasilis was great host, very kinde and hospitality. Very comfortable house with everyting you need. I hope to return next year.

House is big and very nice for bigger families or group of friends! Host is amazing, helping and giving you your time and piece. 3 nice beaches are walking distance! Great even if you have car and if you don’t. Better then staying in busy Chania, but still close enough for night city visit.

The street is a bit busy in front of house, so in some room you can hear the noise. But the rooms are smartly positioned on the garden side.
