Snadná domluva s majitelem, jednoduchý příjezd i odjezd, vše fungovalo.
Málo světla v pokojích (okna jen do vnitrobloku) a člověk si tam připadal trochu jak ve sklepě. Parkování není soukromé (jak píše inzerát), ale veřejné přes hlavní silnici, která je dost frekventovaná, ale zaparkovat nám tam šlo bez problémů, ale později již bylo plno.
