About this villa rental
The house has a south orientation facing the sea. It is located in quiet surroundings in the end of the street. Detached holiday house for 6 people. 30m from the sea with heated private outdoor pool. The house has direct access to the beach. Outside heated swimming pool is 8x4m (depth 1 to 1,5 meters).
Notice: GUEST TURNOVERS are only on Saturdays (Check-in and Chack-out only on Saturdays) Minimal booking is 7 days.
The house is NOT FOR RENT from November 1th to March 31th.
The pool is for sole use of the guests. Property has a big terrace 35m² and pool terrace 50sq.m with beautiful sea view. 6 people are sleeping in 3 bedrooms. Bedroom number one is located on the first floor and has a double bed. Bedroom number two is located on the first floor and has two singl beds. Bedroom number three has a double bed and is equipped with ensuite shower and toilet. It is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance from outside. All three bedrooms have their own separate air conditioning devices.
Covered parking for 2 cars in the yard on the property.
The house is located in Seget Vranjica which is 5 km away from Trogir and 30km away from the city of Split. Nearest airport is Airport Split 12km. Every bedroom and living room has a separate air conditioning device. Total number of air conditioning devices is 4. You will be alone in the house, the owners live in another house in Solin (Split) 30 km away.

Wonderful Villa in lovely location. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped as if it was someone's home. Host was lovely and very helpful. Views from balcony were amazing and a great place to enjoy outside eating and relaxing. Pool was clean and warm and perfect for cooling off. Things to look out for, plenty of parking is available but a little tight if you have a large car (as is the drive down the street, but this is the same for all properties in the area) and being located on a hillside there are quite a few steps to get around the property. In the local area there are shops and restaurants within walking distance and beautiful Trogir is about 5km away, either a walk along the coast, a taxi boat from the camping area next door or a short drive. Host Mario was super helpful and friendly.

This villa was an absolute joy. We enjoyed a wonderful stay here relaxing around the pool and appreciating the stunning coastal views. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need, was well maintained and very clean. It was easy to communicate with Mario the owner who met us at the property and explained all the features and throughout our stay was quick to reply to any enquiries. The villa is in a lovely peaceful location with easy access to the coast for swimming and water sports and there are lots of options for exploring further afield. It is easy to take the regular water taxi to Trogir which is a beautiful town to explore. We also visited Split old town which was very pretty and the pleasant little town of Marina. It is handy to have a car for exploring further afield and getting to a big supermarket but there is a small shop 5 minutes walk away and several restaurants within an easy walk. We had a fabulous time here and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property.

This is a gem of a place. Spotless, clean and well equipped. The photos are accurate! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning meant we slept well. The outside areas really make the holiday special as the view from the terrace is spectacular absolutely perfect for morning coffee and evening wine! The pool is beautiful too with great loungers and chairs around it- perfect for sunbathing all day. Mario was brilliant at communicating and genuinely wanted to do anything he could to ensure our stay was perfect. Bikes and pool floaties are available to use. The location is great, the campsite next door has two nice restaurants and nice bars plus the bonus of a good grocery shop. There are steps next to the house that led directly down to the sea and some great swimming places. The other grocery shop and village beaches and restaurants are just under a 10 min walk. We really enjoyed the beach bars and snorkelling there. It is easy to hire paddle boards and boat trips and the water taxi to Trogir and back was also just on the door step. I can honestly say this was our best family holiday ever. Thank you Mario and Marin you have a wonderful house and are brilliant hosts.

Villa Marin is fabulous. The whole apartment is immaculately clean and very well equipped. The veranda and views are amazing , perfect for dining what ever time of day .The binoculars are a great touch . The pool is perfect for cooling off and chilling in , with sunbeds and shaded areas to relax . Location to the sea just a 10 min walk and the bars and restaurants all within walking distance . Would recommend the boat taxi to Trogir old town . The Fig restaurant in Split and the Villa meditarana restaurant in the harbour . The hosts Marin and Mario were very attentive and respond to any queries very promptly. They are very warm and welcoming.
