Perfect location with great restaurants close by.

The location, helpful host and the use of the pool for the day. Two restaurants on the corner are both great! Note - pool cost 13€ on weekend and 10€ on weekdays, cost is the same for adults and children. Lovely pool though and worth spending the money if you plan to spend the day by the pool.

The is a metal frame around the bed, not great for kids and the room is quite small.

Located in Lazise, one of the nicest places around Lake Garda. We absolutely loved the Lazise Cittadella & the walks around the lake. The studio flat is nice, clean and big enough to accommodate a couple. It has a big shared terrace and a nice view towards the courtyard. Free parking is available close to the property.

the bed was big but a little squeaky but if you sleep well anywhere then this wouldn’t be a problem.

A lovely apartment!

It was very fit for purpose. Lucio was a gentleman and catered to our every needs. Everything that we needed was available and the apartment was very clean.

It is a bit far out from Lazise. You could walk into town, but it was very warm during the week that we stayed there and so we needed our hired car to get anywhere. However, it is impossible to get an apartment to cater for 6 people closer to Lazise at a reasonable price.

Very nice place with awesome hosts

A very nice place, close to the town of Lazise. There are several restaurants and wineries in the area within walking distance. Free parking was close to the apartment, and it was always available. The apartment was well-equipped, and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment and cleaning supplies. We received a clean and tidy apartment. The host was accommodating, gave us a tour, explained everything in the apartment, was available for any questions on WhatsApp, and helped with everything needed.

All the beaches near the place are private, so you have to drive a car or ride a bike to get to the beach. The apartment was a little small, but it worked for us.

Molto tranquillo e vicino al centro di Lazise

Appartamento ben arredato e funzionale, comodo per raggiungere il centro di Lazise in pochi minuti anche a piedi. Gestore molto gentile, informazioni chiare e molta disponibilità. La zona è molto tranquilla, il parcheggio si trova sempre (cosa rara a Lazise). Consigliato.

Più che non sia piaciuto, è solo una info per chi ha carrozzina o passeggino: l'edificio non ha ascensore quindi sappiate che dovrete fare un pò di scale con il passeggino o la carrozzina a mano. La doccia ha le porte che sono un pò da sistemare (chiudono a fatica).

Es war ein superschöner Aufenthalt in einem ganz tollen Haus!

Super schönes italienisches Flair, sehr ruhig gelegen, idyllisches und nettes Haus, fussläufig ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt oder am Gardasee. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich und man vermisst nichts bei der Ausstattung. Ich würde am liebsten sofort wieder dort buchen.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Nette Nachbarn, Bruno Wirth. Gut eingerichtetes Appartement. Super Klimagerät. Immer einen Parkplatz in nächster Nähe gefunden. Alles super, DANKE.

Man muss unbedingt das Erklärvideo ( gut gemacht) ganz anschauen, sonst hat man grosse Mühe das richtige Appartement zu finden. Ich hatte das leider nicht gemacht, erst viel zu spät! Mein Fehler.

Sehr,sehr hellhörig, Nebenwohnungen. Unmöglicher Terrassenlärm oberhalb unserer Wohnung. Balkon/Terrasse ein Geschoss tiefer! Seitlicher Seeblick, eingeschränkt nur aus dem Schlafzimmer Fenster. Kein deutsches TV.

Ruhiges Appartement für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Freundlicher Gastgeber, ruhige Lage, ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum. Schöner großer Balkon, den man sich mit den Nachbarn teilt.

Betten waren sehr durchgelegen und die Möbel waren nicht mehr so modern, aber für ein paar Tage vollkommen in Ordnung.

Posizione ottima, fuori dalla confusione e a pochi minuti dal centro. Vicino ci sono 2 ristoranti nei quali abbiamo cenato molto bene. Appartamento piccolo arredato con stile e molto carino, siamo stati benissimo.

Ruhige Lage, einfache Ausstattung

Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen. Weg von der Hauptstraße. Mit öffentlichem Parkplatz. Das Appartement wurde liebevoll dekoriert. Es gibt im Hauptzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Leider ist es sehr hellhörig im Haus. Es ist alles alt. Das Haus, die Ausstattung, die sanitären Einrichtungen. Es gab Undichtigkeiten am Küchenfenster, so dass wir nach dem Regen eine große Pfütze zu beseitigen hatten. Ameisen fanden ihren Weg hinein. Der Seeblick geht gerade noch so durch. ABER ACHTUNG: Der abgebildete Pool gehört nicht zum App. Er ist ca. 100m entfernt und kann für 10 € / Tag / Person genutzt werden. Bei der Lage muss man auch wissen, dass man nur über Lazise an den Strand kommt. Oder man fährt noch weiter. Unsere Empfehlung: https://maps.app.goo.gl/XsyLzdStaQLbjpJV9 Hier gibt es sogar einen kleinen, kostenlosen Parkplatz. Es sind sehr viele Privatgrundstücke/Campingplätze, die nicht betreten werden dürfen, entlang des Gardasees. Eine schöne Badestelle zu finden, ist eine Herausforderung.

Ganz ganz tolle Unterkunft. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Modern neuwertig und sehr sauber. Mega Blick von der Dachterrasse. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

המארח היה נחמד והשתדל לענות על בעיות רבות שעלו. הדירה מרווחת ומצויידת. יש מזגן וחניה ציבורית קרובה.

כבר בכניסה לחדר המדרגות עלה ריח חזק של משהו שהריח כמו ריסוס. גם בדירה ובמקלחת ריח רע שלא התאוורר וגרם לנו אי נוחות למשך כל השהות. הדוד מים היה קטן והספיק רק לשתי מקלחות שאחריהן צריך להמתין הרבה זמן שיתחממו שוב, למרות שהחדר מתאים ל5-6 אנשים. בדירה מצויין "נוף לאגם" למרות שבקושי רואים אגם. אין לדירה מרפסת פרטית אלא משותפת בקומה אחרת. הבריכה במקום אחר ובתשלום נפרד. הדירה מאוד מיושנת, עם ריהוט מיושן, קרש אסלה בלוי, מראות מחלידות, ידית ברז מים ישנה. הניקוז של מכונת הכביסה לתוך המקלחת וזרם מים חלש מאוד. אין מדיח כלים. הדיירים נדרשים למיין ולפנות זבל לפי סוגים ולפי ימים ושעות מאוד ספציפיים. בחלל הציבורי (מטבח וסלון) של הדירה אין חלון שניתן לפתוח. חסרים כלי מיטה בסיסיים כמו שמיכה (היה רק כיסוי מיטה סינטטי שאינו שמיכה). באחד מחדרי השינה היו נמלים (זו ביקורת חוזרת על הדירה!). לשים לב: הדירה ברחוב צדדי ולא נגיש למרכז העיר. לא מומלץ בכלל.
