Wonderful penthouse situated very close to the beach of el Médano (wind surfing area) within the residential area 'Los Patios', with two balconies, very quiet. It counts with one bedroom with twin bed (160x190), a desk and closet, living room with sofa bed, table, chairs, bathroom, well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer). Internet WIFI, Satellite TV, DVD, washing machine. Fully furnished and equipped with many extras. It has two balconies with table, chairs and desk chairs with lateral sea view, Mña Roja and Mount Teide. It includes a garage parking and spacious storage room of 15 m2, internal access to housing through an elevator.

Very nice apartment, very close to the windsurfing beach. A beautifully decorated and full equipped apartment located in Residencial Los Patios next to the windsurfer beach. It has two two bedrooms, wifi, smart TV, a private terrace and solarium with views (Montaña Roja and sea) .
