Good location and easy access to Disneyland
The rooms are cold when we arrived. The kitchen oven did not work.

Location
No access to the host and they never respond our phone calls. Sometimes, the answer (WhatsApp) was little rude “what can I do/I can’t do much” during the situation of not having “water” in the apartment specially early morning time. I ended up going to common toilet in the shopping mall which was 2KM away. This delayed our whole day plan at Disney.

I recently stayed at Jardin&Terrasse and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, only a short distance from Disneyland Paris, which made it very convenient for our visit. The aparthotel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Having a kitchen was especially useful. The Hervé was welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. The surrounding area also had a few shops and restaurants within walking distance, which was a bonus.
I genuinely have nothing negative to say. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Disneyland Paris or looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay.
