Super emplacement à 15min à pied du métro. Quartier calme, espaces communs très chouette. Cuisine assez bien équipée. Accès aux machines (lave linge et sèche linge) sur le toit gratuitement si on a sa lessive liquide (possibilité d’en acheter à l’hôte sinon). Logement confort, douche chaude.
Légèrement difficile à trouver, peut être préciser le nom du magasin en dessous pour trouver sur le gps. La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas il faudrait la remplacer.
Nous n’avons pas compris sur quoi on pouvait installer les hamac sur la terasse.

La localisation, quartier calme, mais pas loin d’un coin avec bars-clubs mais assez loin pour ne pas être dérangés.

L’établissement proposent quelques services extra à des prix abordables
La fenêtre dans la salle de bain était cassée, et donc l’immeuble d’en face a une vue direct quand on sort de la douche. On a trouvé une serviette en plus laissée dernière la porte qu’on a pu caler dans la fenêtre pour cacher ce vis à vis, un petit rideau en attendant de faire réparer la fenêtre pourrait être utile
Petite terrasse pour prendre l’air mais nous n’avons trouvé qu’une seule chaise pour se poser

Quiet apartment in a cool area, I loved the variety of restaurants and cafes as well as a big supermarket nearby. The room and bed were clean.
Common areas were dirty, I told the host and someone came two days later and cleaned the bathroom only, 5 minutes in total, the floor wasn't cleaned. The kitchen was disgusting, everything greasy and messy.
