- Close to the sea - sea view from balcony - fans integrated with ceiling in each room, we didn't feel that air conditioning is absent - rooms clean and comfortable - hospitable host who welcome us at 3:00am evethough he lives in Catania (2h by car 😮) . Sad that we did this parking error.. - Good starting point for trips all over Sicily, good for easy departure by ferry in Messina or Milazzo.

- The parking in basement is really narrow, we scratched our Renault Trafic. In the morning We were throw away from this parking by neighbours anyway. With big cars go to the beach, there is a free parking, we left our car close to the boat parking, 38,2971803, 15,5559000 - no shops out there, we used the closest ard market on direction Milazzo, about 15km away. There is also a gas station and highway entrance. - The GPS navigated us the first time through Messina center. It's heavy trafic there even at night and ZTL zones! Better take the longer trip by highway. - it's actually not Sparta for gps, but Acquarone, better set this in navigation, but we obtained also gps coordinstes.

The location was very nice. It’s almost in the middle of nowhere and very few people live in the building. I liked the experience.

The shower was very bad , no kettle to boil water, parking extremely narrow and no heater. It gets cold at night.
