Parede Ocean

Дуже гарна квартира. Все в квартирі є, гарний посуд, ліжка, постіль. Розташування шикарне, поруч океан, пляж, магазини. Дуже гарний будинок взагалі, все чистенько, сусіди з посмішкою привітали кожного разу, як нас бачили.

Було трошки спекотно, кондиціонерів в цьому будинку нама взагалі. Можна було б поставити якійсь атономний кондиціонер, бо вентилятор не дуже допомагав. Приходилось тримати відчиненими вікна, але район дуже шумний, особливо дикі ревучі мотоцикли о третій годині ночі.

It’s proximity to beach, restaurants and shopping

The unit has under ground parking however it was not available to us.

overall, lovely modern apartment. nicely decorated and spacious.

the apartment and overall stay was lacking in certain things such as air con and a changeover of linens during our 8 day stay. these things would have made the stay more comfortable and bring it up to the standard of others

The position is excellent and close to Parede and Carcavelos beaches, also very quiet by night. The apartment has been recently refurbished and all the equipment (even more) is available! Swimming pool for the windy days is not bad!

The main door key lock needs replacement. The ladies who live in other apartments who are making bad publicity Kazaportugal and asking questions. They required to know who we were, why we were there and in which apartment, stating that someone bought this apartment and started to sub rent it even if illegal! Please make sure to clarify with these people your services or brief the customers at check in.
