parcheggio privato, cortile, accesso indipendente, dimensioni dei vani, Patio esterno, tranquillità, possibilità di ospitare l'animale domestico.
Porta del bagno danneggiata e non richiudibile se non con chiavi, luce bagno non funzionante, aspiratore della cappa e luce fornelli non funzionanti, forno non funzionante, lampada di un comodino rotta, portoncino d'ingresso con serratura lasca, scarsa dotazione di utensili in cucina, porta del frigorifero senza maniglia.
