    For a start, it is a tough climb up the steps to reception with no handrails. Ditto when exit property Staff do not have a clue wha is going and always need a colleague to work our simple things like chexk out hill

    I booked the suite room for 3 nights and did not have anything to complain. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and accommodative. Although most did not speak English (except the front desk), things were sorted out using Google Translate. Thanks to technology! Breakfast was OK with good Vietnamese coffee. Highly recommended.

    having travelled for over 10 hours with no sleep over the span of 2 days I arrived in Hanoi late in a wet evening. I had booked and paid for a king suite with city view but was given a day room with street view, complete with cigaret butt and ashes by the corner of the bed. when I asked the staff to have the room cleaned properly,I was told it would be, however it was not cleaned. In the morning when I complained about the cleanliness and being given a smaller and lesser room (day room) I was told that I should have asked to be moved to the correct room. Im of the belief that I should not have to ask for what has been paid for, confirmed with booking number. Perfect deflection for not doing their job professionally. would I stay there again? No
