Unfortunately, this property wasn’t for us. When you’re paying £250 for two nights, you expect it to be immaculate, but

The location was central and driveway for car

The house has potential but would benefit from some maintenance and care, as it currently feels quite tired and worn. The sofas are stained, and the toaster is broken. Paint is peeling from the walls, cupboard doors, wardrobe doors, and the fireplace, which is also coming away from the wall. The bathroom doesn’t have a working lock, and the shower pressure is extremely low. The TV didn’t work due to missing batteries in the remotes. Several blinds are damaged, with controls hanging off or not working properly. The property also needs a thorough deep clean, especially in the bathroom where there’s visible grime in the shower. Overall, the standard of cleanliness is poor, and the quality of the cleaning service should be reviewed. Additionally, there’s a large gap at the entrance to the property that needs fixing. Took lots of photos but only allowed to upload 4!

It was a lovely property which gave us a nice base in the evenings. It was in a nice area which was quiet. The garden was nice.

The only negative for us which is really tiny is it lacked a dustman and brush, with 18 month old twins, mealtimes are messy and would have been handy to have instead of needing to get the hoover out

There were several initial problems that needed fixing but Kyle reacted quickly and efficiently and resolved them.

great budget location

beds are comfortable, nice and spacious, easy to reach by car,

very outdated furniture and amenities, cracks in the walls, tiles, shower/bath combo, bed headboard is flaking and clearly has signs of use, lots of small trash left over from previous tenants which showed that it wasn't cleaned thoroughly, has a mild cigarette smell in the small bedroom, smells of dogs in the conservatory

We cooked our own breakfast which was very nice Plenty of local shops to buy food Property has plenty of space and the rooms are large. Garden is also a decent size Hosts checked in on arrival day and leaving day which was nice Plenty of parking space for cars on the drive

It stated there was complementary toiletries at the property which there were not. Not sure if they had been forgotten or no longer supplied if so page needs to be updated Also it would have been nice to have a dishwasher as the sink is at an awkward angle

Great location and size. Easy to find and only 10 mins to centre of Glasgow by taxi. Good size property with lots of space.

Needed a good clean. Dusty and found a dirty sock under the sofa cushion along with loads of crumbs. Sofa bed was broken and mattress topper had specks of blood on it. Advertised as double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Was actually only 2 double beds. ideal for 2 couples( if you’re not fussed about cleanliness) but no use for 4 friends. Spent the night on a uncomfortable sofa. Someone’s paint stained hoodie on the decking outside. No lock on bathroom door and again dusty with dead flies on windowsill in bathroom.

We had a fantastic time staying here and found it’s location perfect for our planned activities.

The location of the property was in a very quiet area, the property has 2 very comfortable double beds, plenty extra pillows and blankets and a lovely dining area and we were very lucky to see a squirrel each morning on the fence in the back garden.

It was hard to find anything negative about this property and the only issue we had was no tin opener.

Good location. Quiet neighbourhood. Spacious home. Worked well for our young children.

Some of the facilities were needing attention. TV in sun room was not connected to an aerial, would have been good for the children at breakfast if had been working. Bathroom door did not have a lock. Water pressure quite poor. Two lamps not working in the property. Also plug for fire place in living room needed review, possible fire hazard.

It did look great on booking app, however that wasn’t the case.

Property is needing renovated, dirty marks and wear and tear on everything that met the eye. door threshold bar bath panel and bath overflow goosed walls marked dirty couch marks all over the paintwork master suite had two singles pushed together Fair enough if it was only £40-£60 per night, but way below the expectations of £140 per night.

Great place to stay

Very reasonably priced for the size of the property. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Ample garden and plenty of driveway space

Easy to get the keys on arrival. Location was good for us. Prompt rely from hosts with our queries - even late at night.

There was no toaster in the kitchen. We contacted the host and they took one round the next morning. We paid £200 'damages' fee and I let the hosts know there was no ipad in the house either in case they kept the £200 for it. However they were aware that there was no ipad. We couldnt get the heating to go off at night, so we needed to turn the radiators down. The hosts changed the batteries in the controller when they came with a toaster. At least the heating was stuck on rather than off so we were not cold !
