5-ből 2 szoba az alagsorban van , fény és kilátás nélkül - ide egy olyan lépcső vezet ami inkább létra karbantartás teljes hiánya, lógnak a konnektorok, az emeleti teraszon lévő üvegkorlátok megfeleő rögzítése hiányzik, az üveglapok nem állnak stabilan- ha a gyerek nekidől nem kizárt hogy ki is törik, kilincs kiesett a helyéről stb. Nagyon minőségi anyagokból épült a ház, de érzésem szerint a megépítése óta a karbantartásba nem sok energiát fektettek Mosogatógép nagyon gyenge minőség, nyilászárók nehezen nyílnak / csukódnak

On the day our departure the owner was rude and aggressive because we’ve overstayed for 40 minutes waiting for him to discuss the issues described below. We remained civil, the man felt it was appropriate to shout at us while holding his child on his arm. I have never encountered such unpleasant situation during all my years traveling. The issues include: Choosing the Villas on Booking.com is confusing and you never know which exact villa you book. The air conditioner didn't work a whole day and night and it was horrible. The Pool-light wasn't working, missing tv remotes and batteries. No Wifi in the lower rooms. Most Rooms don't have electricity socket next to the beds which is very problematic if you want to charge your phone near the bed. The host doesn't speak English at all which makes a lot of problems with communication. The Last night was very windy and the umbrella fell down because of wind. First, the owner confirmed that everything is fine with the umbrella, but next day he claimed that we broke it and he wanted to charge us 200€.
