A wonderful friendly host, very spacious room, warm & clean, breakfast starting at 7am, quiete, good internet connection, skibus stop right in front of the house. Certainly worth every penny and a recommendation! Will keep it in mind and will hopefully be back.

Nothing! Just a tiny detail: it is a farmer house. They do have animals and in the ground floor one can definitely sense it :)

Lovely spot

Fantastic location, in the peace and quite one could feel brain relaxing. The room was nice, the view stunning, owners super nice. Bathroom seems recently refurbished. Few steps away there is a great restaurant. I would highly recommend

Great value for money stay with amazing view!

Amazing view, very cosy atmosphere, the host was super warm, friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English. The breakfast was great value and so well prepared too.

The bathroom and toilet were shared so probably not suitable for those who mind it. I'm totally fine with it. Wifi signal in the room was very weak.

Time on the family farm

Clean tidy and good value for money. Lovely breakfast and welcoming friendly owners. Honesty bar.Have a look round the barn if you get a chance with pigs, cows, goats and cockerels! Near to Hochzillertal lifts and only 45mins from Innsbruck.

It’s slightly away from Stumm but very close to ski bus. Last bus at 1800 from Kaltenbach so don’t spend too long in apres ski. All reflected in the price so it’s not a complaint.

Bauernhof mit sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Wirtin, einfache Unterkunft, in der aber alles Wichtige vorhanden ist und der Gast sich sehr wohl und willkommen fühlt

Sehr gutes PLV. Ingrid ist eine sehr nette und sympathische Gastgeberin. Unterkunft ist nur wenige Meter zur Skibushaltestelle (Linie 1) entfernt. Es war alles sehr sauber.

Der stallgeruch im Flur. Aber der ist wirklich nur im Flur.

Excellent séjour

Accueil très sympathique de notre hôte. Chambre très agréable, confortable, propre, avec balcon et vue sur la vallée. Environnement très calme. Bon petit déjeuner. Très bon rapport qualité/ prix.

Le système de douche un peu difficile à manipuler à notre niveau(2ème étage) mais fonctionnel quand même. Mais c'est un détail et n'enlève rien aux prestations fournies.
