FeWo im Studio Wintergarten

Gruene, absolut ruhige Oase inmitten von Kallstadt: Die Ferienwohnung ist reichlich ausgestattet und perfekt fuer Wanderungen in die Weinberge und den Pfaelzer Wald gelegen, Auf der Terrasse kann man in bequemen Gartenmoebeln unter einer fast 40 jaehrigen mediterranen Pinie ausspannen und der naturbelassene Garten mit Kirschen, Erdbeeren und Kraeutern laed definitiv zum draussen Sitzen ein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und wir durften sogar Kirschen pfluecken. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen wieder.

Fuer uns gabs nichts auszusetzen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig, ist aber trotzdem nicht weit von der deutschen Weinstraße und dem dort bekannten "Gewusel" :-) Es handelt sich quasi um eine Einliegerwohnung beim Vermieter im Haus. Das Schlafzimmer ist unten (Treppe runter). Gemütlich und rustikal. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich. Pool ist das nächste Mal wieder voll nutzbar (gab ein Pumpen-Thema - was kein Problem war!) Ich hatte Freunde in Kallstadt besucht und sage definitiv : wir sehen uns wieder :-) DANKE für alles! PS: Ich fand es auch klasse, dass es einen eigenen Fahrradplatz gab für Gäste!

Parkplatz war bisserl eng ( ABER wer Autofahren kann hat damit auch kein Problem! :-) Dies ist keine Kritik, alles war super :-) Bis bald!

Really nice and spacy accomodation in a very quiet neighbourhood in a small town surrounded by vineyards. You have your own entrance to a 2storeyed apartment in the house where the owners live as well. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor (as well as a very nice terrace), bedroom and shower are in the cellar. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with utterly EVERYTHING one can imagine - from slippers and fan to 10 types of glasses, 2 types of coffee machines etc. The rooms were perfectly clean, only some dishes needed rewashing. There are at least 20 restaurants in the town, the nearest one in a 5 minutes walking distance (however there are no supermarkets in the area, it's at least 10 minutes drive).

The only problem with the apartment was the sound of a pump switching on and off periodically in a room next to the bedroom that sometimes bothered at night (it was not very loud, but given the silence around). And just some overall issues: Surprisingly we were advised by the hosts to use the local wifi net which didn't always work properly, it was only after a couple of days and reminders that we were given a password to their private wifi. Still the hosts were very kind and ready to help anytime. The parking place is narrow indeed, an suv won't fit in i guess, but for a skoda fabia it was fine. And at last, one should really think it over if it is convenient to have a bedroom on the other floor with a narrow steep spiral staircase - well, for our week's stay it was ok.
