What a great place to spend your holiday in Phuket. Lovely and quiet compared to Patong or Kamala, with plenty close by

Overall, the stay was peaceful, scenic, and much better than the reviews suggest.

The view from this hotel is honestly perfect. All the rooms face the sea, and you can hear the ocean from your balcony, which makes the stay really relaxing. I know there are a lot of negative comments about the facilities, especially about the elevator not working, but we stayed on the ground floor, so I never had to use it and can’t confirm that issue. The direct access to the beach is a big plus, and the overall atmosphere was beautiful. I actually think this hotel deserves a higher rating than what people give it.

We checked out and did not stay

We didn’t get the bed configuration as advertised. I was ignored when asked why. No Restaurant as advertised. The lift did not work. The coffee machine had an out of order sticker on it. I asked for a second chair for the balcony as there was 2 of us and was told no we only get one. Lady at the desk was not interested in being nice or helpful. She was very unpleasant.

Great views of the beach, bring your own hand soap.

You can walk out the lobby and onto the beach! The staff was friendly and helpful, the views are amazing as soon as you wake up, and there were fewer tourists in the area at the time than nearby beaches. The room I had was easy to hear the waves crashing on the beach all night long! The breakfast is on par with standard american hotels (holiday inn level). If you stay in this area, check out the Audy Restraunt. They have a free shuttle from the beach to the restaurant. Also, there is the Smart bus that goes from the airport to a few blocks away, and all around Phuket.

The walkability in the area is limited on the street, and the entrance is easy to miss. Also, they were working on the elevator at the time, but it looks like it will be great when done. This hotel did not have hand soap in the bathroom, and I still do not understand why the jacuzzi was next to the bed!

The location and view were lovely, but the property’s maintenance and amenities could be improved.

The property is in a great location with an incredible view. However, the access to the beach was limited as the street felt unsafe.

The building is quite old and lacks proper maintenance. The rooms and linens have seen a lot of use—towels that were once white are now gray and beige. The bedding had an odor of dampness, and the pillows also smelled unpleasant. Additionally, there is no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the ramp all the way to the top floor. However we saw that they were in process to make it.

Lift not available, 3rd floor under renovation, hence room was given on 4th floor, Had to change the initial given room due to no internet, no hooks for hanging towels in bathroom, later the shower not working. Overall the rooms needs to be renovated.

Amazing place for introverts

The place is in a nice area if you want to be near the beach, but dont want to be in the crowded area like the main beaches. The rooms with sea view are really great, the shower window was an amazing add on. My favorite place was the balcony facing the sea and the rooftop pool. The view was priceless. Surin beach was not crowded and peacful.

1. During my stay the elvator was not working. Everytime i'm coming back from the pool, Im using the ramp from 5th to 2nd floor. I was so scared that i'll slip. 2. The breakfast was limited. The food was good, but very few options. 3. There were no soundproofing in the place, i think i could hear people talking from the other room and from the first floor.

Not recommended at all cost

The hotel is beyond description. ROTTEN Understand it's moonsoon season in Phuket, but nothing seems to be working. The lift is spoiled and was told no repair will be done. So you have to walk up the floor. The swimming pool is on the 5th level, so you have to climb up. Worst still the pool is filthy and rusty, water is milky, no upkeeping at all! The restaurant is open 7 to 10.30am for breakfast, thereafter it's closed. To have lunch or dinner, you have to walk to the town, about 15mins away, walking on the road. The Room condition is equally bad. See picture attached

Don't expect what you see in photos

The hotel is in a very nice location, really close to two truly beautiful beaches. It was overall a great choice for us having the advantage of discovering nice spots and restaurants not so far from the hotel. The only downside of the whole experience was that the hotel was not in the shape that the pictures portray. Cleanliness 6/10, a lot of worn out objects, linen had marks, floor was a bit greasy, faucets full of limescale. Comfort 6/10, noisy AC, you can hear the sound from the external units that are just nearby the entrance door of the room, and in the night you can struggle to fall asleep with all the noise coming from them. The blinds from the shower are made of wood and are poor insulation of noise from outside (sure you can hear the beautiful waves, but if you catch a stormy night with thunders, good luck falling asleep) Overall the hotel is ok for not so pretentious people but minding the price for sure it's not a 4 star treatment and it's really up to everyone to make the balance. Shortly, don't expect much, and if you are sensitive to some aspects regarding how comfortable you can be in a hotel that has seen better days, look somewhere else. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

Okay for a 2 night stay

Amazing views which is the reason we booked this hotel, good access to the beach although lots of steps so not good for everyone. The hotel itself was a little tired and needs some TLC but we were only there for 2 nights so didn’t bother us, I would have been disappointed if staying longer. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Surin town down the side of a busy road!

Left disappointed with a tired and run down property

Amazing location and view

Tired and run down property. Staff were not very friendly or helpful. Pool area is run down. Photos of the property are misleading. Ants in the room. Couldn't unlock the door and security broke the key to the door and there was no second key provided and then left with a door we couldn't lock. Breakfast was very average. Fitness/gym is run down and many machines don't work.

rooms are not maintained well - cleaners hair everywhere and there was ants everywhere . the doors would bang all night as are not maintained no restaurant to eat lunch or dinner breakfast options were limited and couldn’t have a normal toast and eggs Beach towels bled colour all over my clothes access to beach was climbing over rocks at low tide pool area had no shade umbrellas the staff didn’t care and were very much “oh well sorry”

Great location and lovely staff. A dream getaway spot!

The property was very cosy and clean. There was a rooftop pool which was always empty so it felt like swimming in a private pool everyday. The staff were lovely - always happy to help and accommodate their guests. they allowed me to check in earlier than 2pm due to a flight rescheduling. Kind, polite and very helpful. Everyone was exceptionally nice and made this stay unforgettable.

Amazing views

The view and location were perfect! The facilities and room were clean, towels and beach towels as well as toiletries were provided. The breakfast was nice ned pretty big portions too plus a buffet. The staff was exceptional as we had a medical emergency and the staff was very helpful helping us organising help.

You won’t get a good night sleep. The AC didn’t really cool the room and was super loud. Adding to the noise was the AC unit just outside the bathroom window which was only divided by a wooden shutter so you hear the unit very loud all night long. Additionally, because of the bathroom window is not an actual glass but just a wooden shutter, we were getting lizard visitors - they nearly caused as a heart attack every time we went to the bathroom as you never know where are they hiding and they do run very fast and jump.
